Hi im a newbie finally got some gains approx. 1/4 inch in 3 months using a generic traction device.

Im 5.5 Bpel 18.08.2024 . My goal is 8 inches in 2026 is that realistic because its said that gains slow down dramatically after an inch or two? Also i have been feeling much more pleasure and sensitivity in my mini me. It feels so good to finally gain something.

No, if you are only using traction device as your main tool. You can reach around 6.75in, optimal outlook at 7.24in, using the generic traction tool and manual stretching. However, you have to add one additional dimension to the entire exercise, which is a high traction force mechanic assist. Manual stretches can push the level to 6lbs, straight down. Ok great thanks ! I do incorporate manual streches. I will be getting a new traction device soon with a vacum to hold my penis in place. Will pumping up help before stretching? I can only afford cheap generic devices though.

It goes both way. But in reality, after pumping, it's harder to get good grips on a plump penis. It's easier for a normal flaccid penis.
 
I use a similar type of extender only with a wider comfort strap, have a noose type of extender too but even with foam covering the noose it get’s a bit painful. But if you can do it without experiencing pain that’s great.

I also usually pump at night after all extending is done for the day and having a bit thicker penis head the day after pumping seems to help with holding my penis head in the strap.

Ok great. I wear it in half hour intervals because the more tension you put more pain but more gain.

How many hours do you get in daily? I go for a 4 hour minimum a day but usually end up with about 6h of extending a day. Kinda love extending as it allows me to do other stuff at the same time, like writing on here or reading.

Im doing an around an hour everyday usually sometimes two if i feel like it.The stretching lenght is as close i can get to my erect lenght. How much lenght do you stretch at?
 
When I used my Jes Extender which is the noose style extender I extended at between 19.5- 20.5 cm and my BPEL then was 19- 19.5 cm so extended a bit over my erect length to get maximum traction at 2800grams.

Now when I use my Male Edge Pro, which is the one I always use now, my extended length is at 19.5 cm, giving me a pulling force about 2000grams.
This is bit less than my now BPEL of 8 inches. Will eventually, after a few months go for full traction at 2800grams which will make my extended length over 8 inches.

I would kindly suggest that you try to get at least 4 hours of extending in a day, as long as you’ve got the time for it of course. Or at least do some manual stretches before putting on the extender for faster and better gains.

Maybe buy the Lengthmaster and do some bundled stretches or hang, which I do, before putting the extender on. All you really need is a 20 mins long hang session to break down the tissue and then heal in an elongated state with your extender on. Personally I now hang for an hour a day in 3x20 mins sets with 3 kg’s.

With these extenders it is all about how many hours you put in on the daily, and they reccommend at least 4 hours a day to actually get some gains.
