hi,
i picked up some free exercises on the net and have been doing them since january.i have gained maybe a quarter of a centimetre in the first month and NOTHING after that..craptacular results!
well, i havent grown AT ALL for the last 4 or so months and am getting really desperate.
ive read a lot of theories and stuff but im dying to grow, like feel sick inside.
but i am cool calm and collected and i really would appreciate your advice cos im not doing something or ANYTHING right.

my routine had been warmup,
2 mins stretching straight down
wet jelqs 100-200 decent force but not TOO hard about 3-5 2-4 head holds of 20 sec each
2 holds 20 sec each

seconds for each lelq.
warmdown.
i did/do this monday-wednesday and friday

this has done nothing and i would like to know what i need to do/ not do.
and advice on technique.
i know its a lot to ask but i am in real need here.

Well you might have noticed if you've done some research on the subject, that if you want to get serious gains you'll have to do your routine daily, some people that Penis Enlargement take a day in the week to rest, some don't...from what i've learnt from MOS is to Penis Enlargement daily...that's the first point.
Second you'll find on the Newbie Forum a Sticky post with DLD's newbie routine...a routine that's appropriate for starters, you might want to check that.
Last but not least On the Picture Proof Forum if I'm not mistaken you'll find a Sticky Post with Gandolf's video series, that will show you how the main exercises are done.

It is the newbie routine everyone uses. in it, there is a lot more than what you have been doing which is frankly too light. this routine is tried tested and true, and everyone does it so its easy to get help and assistance.

lots of people post here as you have, a bit upset and looking for guidance. well, breathe my friend as you just found the right path. :)

like i said im real desperate to add size, all ive done so
far is mainly do little bits of damage here and there.
so frustrating, especially when theres guys gained
an inch a month or two inchs in three months!
but jelqing 300 5 days a week?..damn, surely id hurt myself???
im mainly going for length here, ,girth id like more of too obviously but length is what im mainly concrned with at the moment.
by the way i dont understand what a ringofpower is?

Calm down, I myself got some gains the first few months and now i've been at it for 4 months after that with nothing but injuries! I'm getting on with it now as I have found proper techniques to prevent these injuries. My sessions are fairly simple at 40min Girth and 20min Stretch (And I do these EVERY day ;))

You should probably start out with the newbie routine for a few weeks or a month maybe? The path will unravel itself if you let it. Just do not quit. Good Luck!
