Hi!

Im Uzzi, from Europe and started reading about PE seriously about a week ago.

I've known jelqing for ages now (yet never done it due to the many warning claims)

That's also my first bump in the road: a healthy penis.
So far I've seen many success stories, but sadly also a lot of failures to the depth of not feeling anything/getting erected on the forums (especially on the newbie parts).

To start off; ive had multiple bed partners, yet never heard them complain (have a wife rn and she is content with the penis size/girth)

I have a penis size which im okay with since i range within the low ends of average. mentally I'm stable and i just want to dip in the waters to see if i can go from a "okay" penis into a "amazing" penis. i tend to stick to the routine for a little longer and i don't need a " how can i gain 1-2 inches within x timeframe". For me personally its not a confidence issue.

also I'm not big on the terms which people use (will get better eventually),
Penis size: 13,2 cm (5,2 inches for my American brothers)
girth: uncertain since i haven't measured it up.

I've measured this from my base till the tip (not under the balls or whatever)

Goals: i will keep it simple and cemented:
Penis size 15 cm (5,9 inch)
girth: 14 cm (5,5 inch)

So that's my dick part completed, now up to my whole body;
- age: 28, 182cm total (6 foot+ or so)
- I'm around 20% ish Bodyfat (working on it) i used to be around 13% so i can manage that again somewhere next year.
- i do smoke daily 5 or so cigs (came from a full pack a day btw) and am in the progress of quitting completely.
- i do mastrubate once in a while, especially when misses is on her monthly periods/when she is gone for some time
- i never experienced lack of EQ, apart from 1 time when i was stressed the fk out.
-my lady doesn't know I'm currently going for this, however i will notice her soon as i figured out a schedule for myself.

How fool proof are some of these "work-outs" in terms of permanent damage?
-- least thing i want is to destroy my penis thus also sex life..
Can i start off with no gear to start my PE journey?
Whats the better way to fare? Lenght first of girth or a combo of both?
How many times should i workout for the first 4 months?
-- How many minutes should i dedicate?

I did check out DLD's program, but it seemed a tad bit leaning towards the advanced side of things. could be wrong here...

Welcome brother. You are not too far off from where I was. I was confident with my size and partners as well. Plenty of orgasms and climaxes, but the truth is, a size larger will go a lot further than where you are, or where I was. I can say that with confidence after decades of satisfying the ladies, and now, my special lady for the last 2+ decades.

In PE, never rush and never be desperate. You are correct minded.

Goals: i will keep it simple and cemented:

Steady pace from where you are at, a year to two years, you'll achieve your size. Just be consistent.

Every few days is perfectly fine. Keep the semen flowing to keep your prostate healthy.

Your EQ may dip a bit during PE routines as you reach peak fatigues.

Proceed with safety at the forefront, there is no permanent injuries. Just small injuries such as blisters and fatigues. Common, just like getting scrapes from riding your bicycle at first.

Yes. DLD newbie routines to more advanced routines for the first few months to condition your penis.

This is your selection. Some like to start off with length if they have good girth. For me, I start off with both at the same time, but inter switch between the dedicated time. One month, I focus on length 70% and 30% girth. Another month, I switch to 70% girth and 30% length. This is to trick the penis from adapting.

How many times should i workout for the first 4 months?
-- How many minutes should i dedicate?
2 to 3 days on, 1 day rest. The newbie routines can range from 40 minutes to 90 minutes, based on the intensity you are chasing after.

There is a learning curve. It's practically learning how to cook when you know nothing of boiling good water. One step at a time.

As you said "Slow and steady wins the race i guess." However, think of it as persistent and determined wins the race better. When you start, think of this as a minimum 3-year commitment.

You could ride a bike tomorrow and break your head. So why aren't bikes illegal? I would say you must research 100's of hours before starting. Read and research and listen to your body. One important thing is you should never feel any pain. You can push hard but never over push it, a very important fact. All PE you find here is safe when done correctly. Some could be considered more "safer" like water pumping for instance at low Hg could be considered by some as the safest. But don't take my word, research the hell out of it.

I don't believe this to be the case, you must know about everything about PE, If something looks to advanced you should still know about it as a future routine

I recommend telling your wife about PE and the importance of keeping your lingam healthy. Look up the video from Dr. Rachel Ross about the benefits of pumping and penile health. A great vid to share with her and make sure to ease her mind that your lingam is only for her.

I don't believe this to be the case, you must know about everything about PE, If something looks to advanced you should still know about it as a future routine
When you take things slow it will bring you to intensity quicker than rushing
