Huh. Here in the US, doctors are generally praising HGH for its benefits. Of course, most of those cases are cases of using the actual HGH, not some chemical stimulant to produce HGH.

I would take HGH or IGF 1 in a heart beat if I had the money no question about it, I would go to a doctor and start right away!

Again, I am not a qualified expert, but I would definitely like to see serious consideration given to legalizing steroids for, for lack of a better term, recreational use under a doctor's supervision. However, I would say that probably only certain ones should be commonly available.

I agree PenguinsFan,

There are a few out there (such as Anadrol 50) that do nothing but cause bloat (water-retention), small lean muscle gain, and some liver stress... I see it as coming down to picking the Grey Goose over the moon shine (quality over quantity).

Peace

No. Do an internet search on it or read the post about creatine in this forum. It should be near the top as I replied to it last night.

Anybody have an opinion on those more affordable supplements that are floating around these days, promising to stimulate your body to produce more HGH naturally?

Yes, I have a very well educated opinion.

There is not one supplement on the market that is going to elevate HGH levels. (and don't go throwing those crap Italian studies done with massive amounts of l-arginine and l-orinthine at me...I'll beat you down like a dog with other PubMed studes that refrute them).

On the flip side, 4iu a day of Hgh can do wonders if you use if for minimum of 6 months.

Ouch babe...that's a lot of scratch.

PS. Deca Durabolin has been known to give people "Deca-Dick"... UnAbility to get a full-blown erection (wich is revearsable within a couple day's). Other than that, it's pretty much one of the "easiest" steroids out there.

Although I tend to agree with SB on most of this thread...I would NEVER comment that Deca is a an 'easy' steriod. It has a huge impact on the HPTA axis and can take months in SOME users to regain full testicular function. It's right up there with Tren as far as suppression. And deca dick is no joke...not even Viagra or other substances help in this case.

Yes, you're right... I was thinking more along the lines of liver stress. If you take deca, it's best that you have some clomid and possibly HCG with a stack.

Ah...yeah, deca is very mild in relation to liver enzymes and doesn't have a tendency to raise enzyme levels in most cases. It also pretty good for your joints and tendons..

But, I would NEVER, EVER, NEVER take deca. Period.

It's one of the few anabolics that kicks around in your system for up to 6-8 months after use.

That was my guess. I figured, like many supplements, the effect would be minimal at best.

Do you think legitimate HGH will ever be affordable to any substantial percentage of the population, or it is destined to forever be the Hollywood fountain of youth? Just curious, as I have no idea how it is produced or extracted.

It's available right now for a very cost effective price. Just not legally.

Will the FDA ever release it's hold on the distribution and cut the pharm companies huge inflated profit margin? Probably not....
