I have been hanging exclusively for the better part of a year now, before that I was jelqing. I have gone from 6.25 to 7.25 But I'm STILL a grower not a shower! ARGHHHH. Girth is terrible 4.50. I have been using the clamp also for a few months on and off.

Ok now my question is if you can pick one or two excersizes what would they be? I need the KISS keep it simple stupid method. I have a learning disability LOL!! I've gotta get going hard core!!

Whats your opinion?? Thanks in advance!! :idea:

On a totally unrelated issue.. :O mind telling me how the hanging has affected your base girth? thanks.
 
constricted bends, constricted TOW stretches/
A member here has PM me and said he is now past 9 inches and gained like 0.25 '' cos of doing erect clamped TOW stretches.
Peeps said they just did the skin lol nah they dont.
I also been gainig from the constricted bends.

ALL these are in the guide.
 
Clamped erect Tug Of War stretches, eh??

I would imagine you wouldn't have to pull very hard to get a good stretch doing these, no?

I tried erect stretches once while clamped...even though I pulled very gently, it was a bruise-fest.
 
I think being a grower or shower has to do with your health.


I currently am slin in muscle, don't really have a fat pouch and I drink lot's of water. My penis hangs at 6.25" in my flaccid state because of that I guess. I think it has to do with blood circulation.

Base girth is up 4.75 from 4.25 now if I can spread it out!

I have been drinking about a liter of water per day. Trying for more though.
 
ctmwm, First of all, stop looking at that big dick ����!:D I got you if you want to go manual. Hit me on the PM and we can arrange something.
 
If I had to pick two exercises, I'd pick bundled V stretching and constrictors. Those are my two favorites!
