Hey guys new to the forum. I've thought about joining for a few months but been putting it off. I'm finally ready to make some gains! I've been doing some reading as to what program I will follow. Currently I only have manual work and a Hercules bathmate.

Thanks for the replies. Ok I have some questions before I start my journey and log.

Ive been doing the following for 3 days now

Bundled stretch 5 minutes

Behind The Cheeks to the Left: 30-seconds x 3
Behind The Cheeks to the Center: 30-seconds x 3
Behind The Cheeks to the Right: 30-seconds x 3

Straight Down to the Left: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Down to the Center: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Down to the Right: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Down Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks

Straight Out to the Left: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Out to the Center: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Out to the Right: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Out Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks

Straight Up to the Left: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Up to the Center: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Up to the Right: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Up Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks

100 jelqs
Wrap with ACE bandage throughout day.

My question is how does this routine look? Also if I was to throw in DLD Hardcore Bathmate Stretches where would those fit, length of girth? Also what is this term gator bite mean? During mu bathmate stretches I lose some suction any ideas?

For wrapping after length work with the ACE bandage what if my penis won't get back to fully flaccid. I wrap until it feel comfortable and the head isn't to dark.

Last question for this post.. is it since this is a new experience that I get hard with any length work?

BathMate HardCore Stretches can be done daily. These are a length exercise that is Exspressive, meaning it pulls penis from within the body outward. It may increase base girth but it is predominantly a length exercise. Gaitor bites happen when the BathMate is too small for the base of the penis where impressions from the base of the pump appear. This can be avoided by using a bigger BathMate. If you are losing vacuum you need to trim pubic hair down to 1/4" or less, use a smear of vaseline around the base seal, be sure the valve is clean. ACE can be applied while erect or flaccid, the idea is to hold your flaccid size to the longest length possible. A dark head will happen after after 20 minutes with proper wrapping, at this point the ACE should be removed, good circulation returned and re-wrapped. Getting hard during length work will subside after a short time, it is simply the penis reacting as it normally would but over time it will become less sensitive and remain flaccid. Erect stretching is a formidable length exercise so feel free to stretch erect.
 
once you've become accustomed to your BM, I'd suggest modding it with the VacuVin wine saver

First thanks for the reply. Ok I found out what gator bite is first hand, yep just like it sounds..
Ok glad to hear it'll get easier as I get more accustomed. I'll throw in erect stretches 3 times a week.

For the C-Ring post girth exercise how long is the max time to leave the ring on? Should you remove every hour, jelq a few times then put back on? Also what percentage erect should you be using the ring?

In the mornings I super horny and it's hard to stay flaccid. Can I do girth work in the AM and length PM? Or is vise versa better for healing or gaining process? It seems no matter the time, every time I try Bundled stretches I get hard. I'll be patient and wait like advised, just makes it longer session.

A cock ring should be worn just as you have described. I would give its a rest about 2 hours from your length routine so stretching is not so difficult. If you have sex with your wife, after that you can stretch with no interference from erections due to the refractory period. You could also listen to Elizabeth Warren speak and if that does not make you cock soft nothing will :)
