Supra it seems you know about this stuff. How do get my balls to hang lower without any devices. My balls are big when I'm flaccid but when I'm erect they shrivel and I would like for them to hang good with my boner. Also I don't want to just stretch the skin.
 
This is a great routine to increase testicle hang:

Testicle Health Stretch and Massage
Testicle Health Stretch will help your penis to hang lower in flaccid state. It will also increase blood flow to your testicles and aid in sperm count. This routine should take no longer than 5 minutes but the benefits are many.

With favorite lotion grab your scrotum just above your testicles. Now in a rubbing motion massage each testy for 30 seconds rubbing between your fingers in a gentle but firm movement. Now massage all the fluid around your testicles for 60 seconds. At this point your scrotum should be very relaxed. Finally lightly stretch your scrotum downward while the other hand pulls your penis upward. Do 60 of these. This is a very quick routine but the benefits are great. This will also aid you in any kind of early warning signs of testicular problems.
 
DLD, these are awesome. I have been doing them since I first saw the videos. I have noticed a great difference in my ability to get erect because of these massages. Thanks for telling us about them. GS

When you are doing the strtch do you pull on the actual balls or just grab the skin?
 
Hey guys I was wondering if you could clear up a concern of mine. I read somewhere that if you stretch the skin of your ball sac a lot than you won't have the sac supporting them and they will hang on their stems and the pain will be immense.
 
Who ever said that was full of shit. Just Look at DLD.

Believe me when I tell ya I have been BEing for 3+ years now and if it was gonna happen I would have known about it by now. I regularly have 2-5 lbs swinging on them. And I've been up to 18lbs (not for long though) and nuttin like that goin on. BE away bro

Maybe that has happened to a small percentage of people for whatever reason. Maybe those people were putting stress on the suspensatory ligaments and caused damage there. Who knows? I can only tell you that folks here do testicle work and I've not heard of such complications. Also, Supra is the MOS certified BE expert, so I give high credibility to anything he says on the matter.
 
ctmwm did you hang that much weight on the balls or the skin of the sac? I'm not sure if you guys understand my question.
 
a weight like below but larger. I have one that you can add to buy using the clips on the sides

I use that exact same one
 
What do you guys think of the parachute weight hanger? I worked up from two to seven pounds one summer using one with some round iron balls. Really incredible feeling.

I dont use that much weight, I think it is dangerous. I think a constant light but efficent 24/7 days week is much more efficent.
