I just joined the forum today. I just started doing Penis Enlargement about a month ago. My stats are 5.5'' length and 5'' girth(yeah I know. Really small compared to all you other guys.). I've been doing the extender( pulled up, down, left, right, straight ahead) for three minutes each. I do jelqs too. I use lotion and pull down and out for about 20 minutes. I also do PC excersises. Is there anything I should add or subtract in order to get better gains? Thanks for the help.

Welcome to the forum wannabebigger. It sounds like you are right on target as far as your workout is concerned. You may want to include some basic kegel exercises into your routine. What is your workout schedule now? I would also suggest some basic testicle massage and stretch to help with flaccid hang. If you need any help just yell. I am always here:D

Welcome bro.

I started smaller than you are now. Currently I am larger than you so don't feel awkward. You'll be amazed at the support and help that you will get here. You have definately come to the right place.

I start with a hot towel wrap and leave it for 5 minutes. Then I do the extender. Then the jelqs with lotion. Then I put a hot towel wrap again for 5 minutes. Throughout the day, I do kegel excersises(thats the one where its like you're stopping your urine right). Anything I should change? I do this 5 days a week.
