hey, im new here
my name is john but ptj is my nick names
so u can call me by ptj

ive been doin my workout for about 2 weeks now, 5 days per week =
10 minute warmup (sitting in bath)

then i do 10 - 30 second streches in the middle, then 5 30 second streches to left, 5 30 second stretches to left ect.

then i do wet jelq for 30 mintes, about 1,000 strokes

and then warm down for 10 mintes

i gained about a half inch in length, i like my length
but, i need more girth, only gained .1 inches in that

so , my problem is girth and if any of u guys no n e good girth excercises, help me out please

Hi, welcome to the site, well I am far from a veteran but I may be able to help!
There are lots of good girth exercises out there but I would recommend you stick with the basic jelqing for another 2-4 weeks so that your penis will be accustomed to the exercises. You don't want to rush in to it and get a thrombosed vein or something, when you are ready to progress, here is a thread by Stillwantmore with a lot of good girth exercises:

Playa Lee gave you really good tips there. I am not a Penis Enlargement vet myself but I would also say that you stick to the basics for some time like month or so. Later on you got tons of exercises by the sticky threads up there to incorporate them into your routine. Check out RED's const. guide and Supra's sticky thread. They both rock. Welcome.
 
thats why we said stick with the basics for another month and then maybe move on to the constrictors or something else. ;)
