Hey DLD,,What is your routine ,how long have u been Pe'ing,And for how many days and for how long????

How much is too much???

If the vets can check this routine out for me and make shure its nice and right for me and give me the best and maximum erect length gains i can get.

5on,2off--Thinkin of going 7on,0off???

Sunday-Thursday
Hot shower for -5 minutes
manual stretches -45 minutes
Jelqing-45 minutes
erect bends for- 30 minutes
hot shower for-5 minutes while stretching in the shower
then stretch and pull on penis alllll day long

This is done altogether for sum of 2 hours all in all-
I have only been Pe'ing for a month-

Is this good???Or is this To intense-Bad???

Need help and answers--dont want to over do it or even toughen my tissues up.

Plus how long does it usually take to hit a plateau???

Tru4u27 that sounds like a lot of work for a one month Penis Enlargement'er. 2 hours man and all the stuff you are doing. In my opinion you are doing too much, but I think the vets will fly in pretty soon with some interesting theory. But on the other hand if you are gaining ok and everything seems to be allright with your penile health then it should be ok. But if I would be in your place I would cut it down a little.

My current routine, which will be the 5th PHASE of the MoS program, is a mixture of PLYOMETRICS and the other exercises found in that thread, WIDTH EXPANSION and a new GIRTH routine I am working on that brings GIRTH to a new and intersting psychological level. I'll explain more as I finalize it.

I have been doing Penis Enlargement for 3 years.

I train 7 on none off.

How much is too much???
This is a widely debated topic, my feeling on this are it is up to the individual. The most important thing in making a determination of this is that the user is completely honest with himself and he does not let apathy write the program. On the other hand overzealous individuals can set themselves up for injury taking on to much. The perfect balance is what is right for you. Some guys gain with days off and some need the intensity of a hardcore 7 on none off routine.

I would combine the JELQING and DLD BENDS (if these are the type of bend you are doing) into the same session. Supersets of these two exercises are extremely complimentary. This will also cut down on you Penis Enlargement time while bringing you better GIRTH gains. Stretching portion I will need a little more info on to give any critique.

This varies also. Many guys never hit a plateau while some need to constantly intensify their training. Again, this is individual.

me not too much into girth even though it pretty much makes the penis !!!!!

Im all about length ,length ,length at the moment!!!

Once i reach 9.5 then i will go into girth at extreme mode!!!!!

Currently only 6.5 NBPenis EnlargementL--Got alot of ways to gooooo!!!!!!--Any ideas??????

Tru if you are going for length you should definitely try the DLD blasters. Do them traditional way and later on you can try all the variations of the same exercise.
