5 min.-hot water
10-15 min.-erect bends and erect stretches
20-30 min.-stretching
25-45 min.-jelqing
5min.-hot water
then continuos stretching and pulling of penis..

This is done 7 on,0 off --too much????-----sometimes 5 on,2 off???????/.

is it true if u go 7 on, 0 off u get the maximum gains??????

I was just wandering if this was a good routine and if im not overdoing it or overtraining...
And if the continuos stretching and pulling of penis throughout the day good for gains?????

But i ask the questions above because i was worried it was toooo much or i was overdoing it -overtraining--or even to many days on and not enough rest days???

But is that good for maximum gains if i go 7 on,0 off--or how about 5 on, 2 off?????
 
Do 3 on one off 2 on 1 off, that is the best
 
Its the Truth, I used to go 7 days a week, it is just not nessasry at all
