Hey DLD--Need answers from a pro!!!!

This is what i do---

I stretch for about 30-40 minutes then i jelq for about the same 30-40 minutes and this is probably 4 days straight sometimes 5 days straight--i was just wandering if this routine is good for gains.All i want rite now is length gains that's all but i dont mind girth...i was also wandering if just doing manual stretches will get u erect length gains and if jelqing will help with that....Please help????need answers...Thank u!!!!!!!

If this is not good or if there is a better way to get erect length gains and just that then can u please post them?!?!?!/

Of course, I made most of my erect gains from manual stretching . I also think girth exercises compliment length gains too due to expansion. I also train 7 days on with no rest days and I have done this for my entire pe career baring injury.
