• Nighttime before Bed
• Warm Up
• Phase 1 Stretches (Forward, Down, Left, Right)3 sets of 30-45s
• Squatting Stretches
• Crank Rotations (Left and Right)
• Tugs (Forward, Up, Down, Left Right)
• V-Stretches (15 sec intervals, circulation, 4 sets)
• 500 Kegels
• Dry Jelqs (150)
• Wet Jelqs (400 Fast)
• Upward Wet Jelqs (100)
• Downward Wet Jelqs (200)
• Wet Jelqs (100 Slow)
• Base Squeezes
• Supra Slammers 10 of them
• Horse440 Squeezes (10 sec intervals, 3 sets)
