I have been Penis Enlargement'ing seriously for 6 months. I haven't missed one session yet
The problem is after 6 months I haven't seen any gains and I’m getting very disheartened. A fair few times i thought about giving up.
My starting stats are:

7" NBPL
5.5" Girth

These are still my stats today
My routine is as follows

30 second stretches in each direction
30 sec thumb pull stretch
30 sec A-stretch
10 second heli shakes between each stretch
250 wet jelqs. After ever 10 jelqs I give a sharp pull on my penis.
After 100 jelqs I do another set of stretches and heli shakes.
Then I do 15 sharp pulls down towards each leg
I finish with a few more stretches and heli shakes
Lastly I go in the shower as a warm down.

I do my routine Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays.
On the off days i do godma's 'off' day routine.
Ever other saturday i don't do anything. Complete rest day

Can any of you guys help me out
when i look at my penis it does look bigger but the ruler says otherwise <:(

9" NBPL
6" girth

Hey man perhaps you should experiment with edging ive been doing it the past couple of days and its good for girth.

Im after length more than girth as you can see but i'll try it
whats edging though?

Doesnt sound like a very intense routine.

You might want to do more intense exercises, just a suggestion.

Carousel, I would suggest then that you start with DLD's execise for newbie . Follow it exactly. Put some intensity into your stretches and use a tight ok grip for jelqing. Give this routine a try. It has helped many to grow.

I'm not an expert, but I've read several posts and I might give you some advices.

- Intensity is a must. For example, I do the newbie 's stretches for 2 minutes each, not 30 second and I try to feel the ligaments stretched (it's a little painful and weird since you have to keep them like that, but it's worth it).

- When you stretch , be careful to target the ligaments and not the skin. When we stretch , we stretch both the skin and the ligaments, but some stretch more the skin, which is not as productive. I used to do this mistake but now I'm trying to correct it. The best thing is to try to feel the ligaments which are being stretched.



- I see you take some days off. It seems that taking some days off for girth exercices is a good idea, but not for lenght. You can stretch as much as you want as long as you do it in the limits of safety.


- Just because other people have had results with certain types of exercises, that doesn't mean they'll work for you. For example, some people say that the rotation stretches (when you do the 360 degrees movements with your penis in both directions) and jelquing do not work for them, well they do for me. If you do not gain, try new things, especially those exercises that you feel that work for you.
