Help with length gains

Hey guys,

I hope someone can help me.

My starting stats are approximately:

4.9" BPEL (sometimes I hit 5" on the ruler on a good day)
6.5 - 7" EG (I know, it's weird proportions!)

I'm looking to gain length only; ideally 3".

I'm using every spare minute of the day to do PE. I'd say I spend about 30 - 60 min in a concentrated session and stretch throughout the day when I go to the toilet or just sit around doing other things. I'm almost exclusively doing:

Bundled stretches (recent addition in the past week)
Normal manual stretches
Expressive stretches
Fulcrum stretches

I've been PEing off and on for a bit over a year, but I've only started to consistently apply myself for the past 2 months everyday. I'm struggling to make major gains. I think I might have gained about 0.5 cm erect length in about a month, but it's kinda hard to tell. I feel like I might just be still at the starting line.

I'm beginning to wonder whether my girth is the limiting factor.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Welcome, brother!!!

Let me help you out real quick. I see a BIG ISSUE already... you, and this "struggling".

Your body will react in unison with your perception. First step, STOP STRUGGLING. ??

This is a journey, and a very personalized one, just for you. Your path WILL be different than anyone else's.

I must apologize. Had to make my answer short, as my hands were full, but not with my dick...... ??? Anyway....

I would focus on all types of stretching and incorporate jelqing frequently in between. I know this may seem frustrating, especially starting at a your size.

I too struggled, and I never got anywhere due to it. Exercises were difficult at my 5"NBPEL starting size. Once I was able to clear my mind, and focus on the moment, I started to see my first newbie gains, which evolved into permanent gains.

Focus, and motivation will keep you on track. Motivation isn't hard to find. Look around, it is all around you. If it is anothers pictorial journey that will help BOOST that creative and positive energy within, you can find that within these very forums.

If you EVER have any questions, tag me, or come on over to my zen garden of gains and ask me there.. ??

Blessings, my brother.... ???

Thanks so much for the advice brother!

So instead of struggling, and therefore fighting against myself, I need to just fully focus on doing the exercise in the present? And that way I'll be using my resources only for making gains?

I really appreciate your insights, TuffDong.

Very wise words indeed! @TuffDong is a huge inspiration!

You could also try using DLD blasters, and go with that for a few weeks, as they've been proven to be a good length builder.

The lengthmaster is the type of equipment that can help alongside, and it's really useful at intensively attacking the penis for the purpose of length.

Using a wrap method afterwards, or sleeve to keep the penis in a extended state helping it heal larger.

How is your diet? Look into testosterone & DHT optimization.

It will help you grow temendously. You can save time and grow faster.

Apologies about the delay.

I've been incorporating more dietary measure to increase testosterone - saturated fats, supporting the metabolism through carbs, and other measures - in the past few months. Definitely need to investigate this aspect more. Any suggestions in particular?

I’d like to hear some suggestions too.

Generations upon generations have led us down this low to no fat diet plan that has led us down a hormonal imbalance and infertile population, alongside of being the most obese generation ever.
Cholesterol isn't the devil that we once knew, without it, you have low-no T.. Simple carbohydrates and sugars combined with a high fat diet is the path you want to avoid. This is where complications come in. Coconut, olive oils, nuts etc are a great source of fats.

Hey @integrated09,

just throwing in something which could help you big time:
https://mattersofsize.com/topic/the-long-game-learning-with-longstretch-key-principles-to-make-sustained-growth.1819659/

I also haven't thought about this when I started but @longstretch is a big advocate of measuring BPFSL for checking gains and it 100% logically makes sense.
BPFSL always come before BPEL gains. So if you fastly want to check if your length workout is working the right way, focus on measuring BPFSL.
He and another member are measuring BPFSL before and after each session, trying to get the most strain during their session and have a good amount of data which proves their work.

Never seen such penis stats with 2" more EG than BPEL generally, but never ever on people who just start out, are you sure you measured correctly?
But if yes, no problem, there are always ways to make it work!
Also measure your BPFSL now when you start again and then maybe 1-2 times a week, if BPFSL isn't directly changing in the first 4 weeks, not a big deal. There's often a so called break-in method in which we don't see gains when we directly start out. Once we push through it 4-6 weeks for newbies like us, gains will start top happen.

Have you also measured your flaccid girth?

Thanks so much dude. Going to read the link. Yes, I have measured my erect girth, but not flaccid, quite a few times. Strange proportions, eh? I taper down to about 5" at the tip. MEG is around 6.5".

How are things going my brother?

Thanks for asking DLD! Things have been okay thank you. I got derailed by life a little bit and ended up getting distracted from PE and the forum. Work and other trials might get in the way, but you've still gotta keep on going!

Hey Integrated,
Very glad to see you back and posting.

When new at PE, life gets in the way pretty damn easy and adds to the challenge.
Hang in there and keep coming back.

I started a couple years back at just over 5”x5”.
I just made a 6 month commitment and would go from there.
I started PE using an extender (similar to the Silistretcher worn as a belt). Had zero gains the first three months but then things seemed to click. By the end of the first year I had gained over an inch in length and have been kinda hooked ever since. Currently at 7x6 and still looking for a bit more length, lol.

PE is different for everyone and I am looking forward to reading your updates.
