My stats are in my sig i just need some solid advice on a routine i can go forward with and i'm so dedicated my Girlfriend is away for four months so i have the space and time to form a consistent habbit and get the win.
So my main problems i've found with PE and me is:

So my main problems i've found with PE and me is:
- Shrinkage- some mornings i look down and im like wtf
- Thick thighs- i have thunder thighs which im sure through the years has been restricting blood flow
- Fat pad
- find girth hard to get
- have all the time in the world
Based on my criteria hope you can advise which routine works best.
