Hi,

My stats are in my sig i just need some solid advice on a routine i can go forward with and i'm so dedicated my Girlfriend is away for four months so i have the space and time to form a consistent habbit and get the win.
So my main problems i've found with PE and me is:

  • Shrinkage- some mornings i look down and im like wtf
  • Thick thighs- i have thunder thighs which im sure through the years has been restricting blood flow
  • Fat pad
  • find girth hard to get
  • have all the time in the world

Based on my criteria hope you can advise which routine works best.

Everyone has shrinkage and if u live in a very cold place it's probably worse, but as you grow over time it will be lessened. Only way to deal with fat pad is diet and exercise of course. A great way to get your girth up is the bath mate water pump, there are adds for it all over this website.
 
I would get on the newbie routine and stay consistent. Also, lose some weight and reduce your fat pad; this will add more length. Uncle Jim's wrap is a great way to reduce shrinkage and gain flaccid length.
 
I would suggest that you look into the Newbie Routine and the SRT Thread, both will give you great direction to put together a killer routine. I also suggest you take up a weight loss and diet program because losing that fat pad can produce some quick gains.

Thanks for taking the time to reply i will begin the SRT and im currently in an uncle jim wrap. DLD i was thinking im up for being a guinea pig for any new methods you have or variations to it...this getting bigger task is more of a discipline for me i want to just develop the neurons that are up for sticking to something and mastering it...its the pursuit im interested in so can i PM you and get a SRT V2 going or at least report back to you my weekly gains and thoughts on it?

I will be doing a rewrite of SRT to include some of the newer methods we are using today but this will not be done until I return home but I would be very happy to have you try it.
