Hey I been pe for 5 months now doing 40 minutes of stretching all directions a day and supra slammers 5 days on 2 days off. I recently started doing clamp excersises and doing mini supra slammers with them. during the 5 months ive gained very little, hardly noticible but when i started using the clamp after one week using it i rested on the weekend and when i was done resting it shrunk almost a full inch in the flaccid and the erect state. Its going on 2 weeks and it doesnt seem to be returning to normal. im worried about pe now cuz i been working hard for at least an hour 30 minutes each day for 5 months and instead of gaining anything im getting smaller. also my thickness is gone now when i get erection is really skinny. Does anyone know what happened to it, will i recover and gain back my normal size, i think something bad happened. Please help 5 months has been a long time and im also use the rop but things are getting worse then better. :( especially dld and supra can you read this cuz you have more experience but everyone thoughs would be cool too. ???
 
Hey man Just relax yourself and dont stress, all this worrying and anxiety can have a negative effect on the whole thing in iteself. Just have a break for a whole Week, Drink pleanty of water in that week, and if you can do a bit of cardio exercise to get the blood flow going.
Then Measure up in a Week and tell me how it went, this losing an inch thing could be down to not enough recovery time, it could even be in your mind, or due to your stress and anxiety of not gaining.

Maybe your doing too much Penis Enlargement. I only do about 30 min and thats plenty
 
I'm sure it shrunk cuz my starting stat is 6 nbpel and now im around 5 half bpel. i still get erections like normal its just alot smaller than it used to be. Im just worried this will be a permanent effect from my starting stats. i will rest for 5 days then and ill post what the outcome was. I do 25 mini supra slammers that last almost an hour when I exercise. after the week is up should i work out less time or have more rest days?? ?:(

Hmm...I always get shrinkage for a couple hours after a routine. Maybe as much as you are doing it, you are staying in a constant state of shrinkage. Relax and don't overdo it. I hear "lazy" Penis Enlargementers talking about getting good gains more than the religious Penis Enlargementers. Lord knows, I am a lazy Penis Enlargementer and have gotten almost half an inch in the last 8 weeks.
 
My first thought are it has to be a measurement error. Are you measuring the identical way you measured from the beginning? Secondly, sometimes over-training can have a initial, temporary, negative effect on size and rest may be in order. I do not believe you have lost anything I only think there may be a error somewhere. Anxiety is a huge factor is measuring. I remember earlier in my program making measurement errors due to anxiety. I was not thinking straight so I was not measuring right. I always came back when I was calmed down and re-measured finding the original error in measurement was psychosomatic. Give yourself a breather and jump back in. Sometimes, for me anyway, a reset is in order when things start to get fucked up.
 
Ok im gonna rest and on tuesday or wedsnday ill post here again and let you guys know if anything changed.

I agree 100% - I had the same problem for a while.
 
I lost size when I started measuring from the top instead of from the side.
 
Ok I rested a full week, today is the 8th day of not doing anything. Nothing changed. Should I start back on Penis Enlargement today then rest over the weekend then go back to doing Penis Enlargement 5 days on 2 days off? Do I cut down on stretching time cuz I tend to stretch every direction at least 3 times sitting down then 3 times standing up for 30 sec. each stretch also adding in PC flex. At night when I shower I put the clamp on pretty tight fit and I jackoff to edge and do 25 mini supra slammers, which last any where from 45 minutes to over an hour. Is this doing too much??? err I wasted 5 months already i hate to start over and 2 years from now still nothing. its hard tryin to recover once your schedule got messed up. almost forgot, my dick and balls are really fuckin itchy day after day, I cant help but scratch it like crazy and that left me with a sore rash all around it. wth? :)
