Hi i have had a issue for a few months and it does not seem to get better. I will try to keep it short so here are my symptoms that makes me think that i am suffering from venous leakage and or flaccid hard state.
I will describe my problem as best i can
-i can quickly achieve a erection but it then becomes soft and i lose all erection if i do not stimulate it
-i almost never have a good flaccid hang after any workout so i clamp for 10 minutes and keep the blood in hopes it will restore my normal health of the penis
-i can sometimes never achieve a hard erection at all and seems like i get a full head and then if i stop stimulating i will get a burning sensation in the head and my scrotum will pull up and nearly disappear
-my kegal muscle does not seem to pull the penis up much at all like it use to before i did the Bathmate and sizegenetics.
-i have lost nearly 3/4 of and inch of erect length and i have more peyrones to the left than what i have had my whole life
I have been using my Bathmate for a few months since the post i made in Oct 2012 and discontinued the size genetics since this penis leakage started. I do not use high levels of pressure but more in hopes it will give me higher blood flow to make this injury go away .

I really am lost as to what will help and my doctor gave me normal blood tests but he has never talked to me since they were done so i am assuming they came back with no issues with testosterone levels or bacterial prostasis.. I have read alot about the pelvic floor tennis ball trick and pelvic floor yoga which i am starting this week.

I can elaborate more about anything if it will help you.
Before this issue i could hold a good quality erection at nearly 8 inches with great flaccid length for a long time without extra stimulation so i know this is not just me getting old like how the doctor kinda suggested. Any help in the direction of which i should go would be great and thanks for the reply.
 
The Doctor i saw was may family Doc.
Where i live in Canada we have to have our family doctor send a request to a specialist and then maybe within a year you may get a appointment with one.
That may seem strange to Americans but in Canada we have a free system of health including specialists like urologists but it takes time.
The talk i had with my family doctor was about loss of EQ quality and he just looked at me weird and he wrote up simple blood tests.
So i will talk to him and get a referral to a urologist but this is scary because i have a definite change in blood flow.

Yes when i am prepping to do the Bathmate i use a rice heat pad at very high heat for about 15 to 20 minutes and i do the recommended stretches as per DLD.

I have a real loss of any blood flow and it has been on and off like this since about oct 2012.

When doing any workout i usually will be very apprehensive to go outside my bodies comfort level, so when i feel pain i reduce and or stop the Bathmate and never go above 20 minutes and never pull with alot of force when doing the girth blasters. I still do not do much Jelquing with force as i always have been scared to damage anything?

I was born with a bend upward and to the left and it does not look normal.But now i have less overall length and a more pronounced bend to the left.

And now i have almost no control over making my Penis jump to attention when i contract my Pc muscle. I used to have extreme power and i could make it hit my stomach from a standing position, but now nothing ??
 
Well have you took a break from pe or are you working through it? If you are working thought it you may have been making it worse you need to leave it alone and just apply heat. I too thought I injured myself because I was suffering from hard flaccid so I took two weeks off and just kept heating pad on my dick. So I would say if you think your injured you really need to stop pe until you feel like its back to normal. Don't be that guy whose dick fell off because of pe no one wants to be that guy. Hey Pendulum , thanks for the reply.
When i originally had this injury come on it was October 2012. I lost all EQ quality and i left it alone for 3 weeks like the recommended time from the forum. So it was not getting any better and i had a few nights of so much pain coming from what i felt as the spermatic cord on the left testis i then went to my doctor.
He gave me blood tests and gave me the stare like he had no idea ?? He still has not even called me about the blood tests so i will have to get an a app to talk to him this week.
I was not getting better so i did more heat pad treatment and low pressure on the Bathmate. Things did get a little better but i have no control over my Pc muscle any more. It only moves very lightly and then pulls up my scrotum if i flex it.
I was thinking of doing only heat pad treatment for 2 weeks and see if that helps .
I have been taking some of the recommended vitamins and minerals for hard flaccid state and blood flow so i see how it improves by not using it at all .
If there is anyone you know that has had similar issues i would really like to hear how they got over it . Thanks again
 
The only thing I can relate to is hard flaccid and heat took care of that. The other things you describe sound bad if I was going through what your saying I would be a little scared.

Hey Pendulum, what type of heat routine did you use to remedy the hard flaccid state. I have read probably 10 hours on this and venous leakage and i think i have some what a hard flaccid type problem .
So if you would like to post what helped that would be great. I dont know where to start and or how to identify what type of injury i have gotten.

Most people on here have posted that if your morning EQ is good you dont really have an issue with venous leakage so i may think i have more a irregular blood flow and or a stuck PC muscle.
I have started to do the tennis ball Pc muscle relaxation method and just my normal heat therapy.
I dont know if anyone will agree but i think 3 weeks of that plus stretching may help restore lost blood flow to the outer chambers of my member.

And i will not over stress anything by doing any Bathmate work .
Any suggestions on this would be great help, thanks.

The best heating routine would be to have a heating pad on your gear as much as possible.

Especially if there is an active injury, fatigue or any other ailment. An electric heating pad, as awkward as it may be, it will help any injury heal with greater speed. As Hep states, As long as possible!

I have a bed buddy if is microwaveable I leave it on for 15-30min. Hard flaccid went away in a few days.

Thanks for the replies guys. I have done exactly as you guys suggested and I have a heating pad on nearly the whole time I am done work until bedtime which can be 2 hours a night.
And I slowly have had improvement and at times amazingly better blood flow. I guess I do not have much of a injury but hard flaccid. I never knew what it was and I did not notice how tight my PC muscle was until I started heating it every night so I plan to do this everyday for one month and then slowly get back into Pe.
