Guys iam really freaking out. I had to be circumsized cause of medical reasons on monday, and my penis literally has no more shaft. its like a knob, i just have the forehead. it was a very tigth cut, can it be that if to much skin comes out your penis shrinkes? anaybody knows what to do?

They don't cut your penile tissue, they just cut the foreskin off. I was cut when i was very young so i guess i can't really say how it's made a difference to penis size.

May just be the penis reacting to the trauma of the operation.

First off; damn sorry to hear about your situation.
Next, have you gotten ahold of the doctor?
That's the first place I'd start. I don't know what kind of preparation you were afforded before the circ. but it sounds like some very crucial information never made it your way.
Follow whatever advice you were given, but make that damn doctor do his job and get some real healing going in your direction.
Keep us posted with your progress and we'll all give ya whatever help we can.

As far as I'm aware, there is no medical reason for circumcision. I fixed both phimosis and frenulum breve through stretches, I assume one of those things was your problem?
I can't help but think that maybe you jumped into surgery without thorough research, evidenced by your mis-spelling of circumcised. There are plenty of horror stories such as yours, just the other day I heard a guy had his testes removed in what was meant to be a circumcision.

Well not everybody on this forum has English as his mother tongue, so the mis-spelling is probably because he's from a non-English speaking country. Also, I think he knows what a circumcision is (damn, what a word) as he also knows the possible mistakes that can happen during this procedure (removal of too much skin).
putzaras I would advise you to wait until the healing process is finished and that you start stretching again. I think it's because of tight skin and with stretching it will get loose after short time. Nonetheless keep on seeking info from your doctor about this, I could also be wrong.

It sounds like the doctor just blew you off. If I were you I'd go jam my foot up his ass and get the doctor who performed the circumcision to give you some advice and some guidance.
Just what was your emergency that made this necessary?
If the doctor told you one thing, then delivered another, you may have grounds for a malpractice suit, or at least an ethics investigation.
In the meantime; heal up. Once that happens you can start stretching the penile skin to regain what you've lost. A picture would be damn helpful; I expect that your "fat-pad" has crept up the shaft of your penis leaving you with much less skin with which to do a bone-pressed measurement.
You may be freaking out, that's certainly normal given the circumstances, but you can overcome this given time and calm, patient dedication.

Sorry to hear about your dilemma man it is only a stepping stone. Given ample time to heal you will probably find the surgery caused a trauma like Med has explained. Once you are feeling healed and completely rested I would follow MAXAMEYES' advice. If not for anybody else you need to reconcile what happen with the doctor for your own respect. I suggest kegels during your time of rest and consider beginning one of the Newbie routine or Bathmate when you feel ready. You can have a little more than you started with before the surgery taking that route.

This is a very simple fix and you should not get yourself in a tizzy over it. Yes, your penis will feel tight as this heals, that is normal. Any size you may have lost via the skin tightening will return practically instantly when you start Penis Enlargement again. Stretching the skin is as easy and this will loosen the tightness giving you back your size. Allow for the circumcision to heal and jump into the newbie routine, I guaranty you will have you size back in a week.

Because of this illnes i gained like 70 pounds over the last 6 months, cause i was thinking iam gonna loose my penis. i tried everything but in the end the doc said i have to cut it so i did 1 week ago . they did a radical circ. they removed everything the outer and inner foreskin.. i will leave my penis for 1 week alone, i wont bath it so the wound doesnt get wet and it can heal faster.
i posted a pic how my penis looked before (also before the illnes) and after it is cut.

The circumcision looks good, they did a nice job and that head of yours is massive! Take some time to relax and let it heal and from there we can get you back that length and more. As I said, gaining back the lost size will happen almost instantly.
You have a really good size to begin with. I'm sure after you have more time to heal you will get it back. When the dr.'s cut off foreskin it is only the skin around the tip. The penis is full of tissue and nerves so it is very sensitive and I'm sure it is retracting during the healing process. Give yourself a break and take care of anything you could do to help heal quickly and properly i.e. ice/medicine. Keep us updated on how everything works out for you, you're not alone here and you are in the right place.

I haven't looked up what your condition was quite yet, but it seems as though it really was a medical necessity, just like you said, and that the doc took off what he had to in order to make the whole damn process successful and any more cutting unneccessary.
On a more positive note, your penis looks very healthy and the circ looks like a damn good job, from what little I actually know about the whole process. Some of the horror stories and hack-jobs I've seen on here would curdle yer blood.
For now, like everybody's tellin' ya: focus on healing up. Protect against infection, protect against scarring and , although you might not really feel it's necessary right about now, be thankful your penis is still intact and healthy and you've found MOS to help ya get through this and gain even further.
