Hey, DLD

How are you doing?

Listen, I really need a big favor. I remember once when you said that you were stuck at 8.5 inches. Well I am now stuck at 8.0 inches. I need a good solid routine. My LOT is 8:30. I am going nuts trying to figure out what to do.

I have tried many routines and taken days off now. I am without a clue as to what to do.

I thought about hanging . I have started hanging and it is definitely for me.

However, my goal is length . Getting girth is really easy for me.

I need a really good routine workout. Can you help me out?

I really want to get started again. I have stop for the last four days. I need help.

I have plenty of time usually in the mornings and at night.

The evening varies.

Hi dude,
not seen ya much at PP.

I am the same as you I gain girth with Fekin ease, but length comes hard/hardish.

I have been gaing recently with my intense routine.
Take alook at my post here and it takes you to PP where I have the thing wrote up what I do, on pages 4 or 3.

I am gaining cos of them.

C7, this is a very intense program meant to break any stagnation. Good luck and let me know if you have any questiones.

Extreme Jump Start Program

7:00 am
morning stretch DLD Blasters (on the 50 5 sec/5sec sets do these in a standing position on the keggle, on the reverse slowly squat down)

9:00: 5 minute set of JAI stretches .

10:00 am
My first jelq session is 700 hard jelqs with 2 sets of DLD Bends (horseshoe) every 100. The bends should be done in a upwards curve for 30 seconds then a downword curve for 30 seconds. I train at 100% hard for the jelqs and 90% hard for the bends. I do a 30 second horse squeeze in at the end of the bends. Jelqing is the catalyst for the Bends and Horses meaning I use every set of 100 jelqs to get as hard as I can.

Noonish: 100 PC squeezes followed by a 20 sec. hold, followed by 50, 5 second holds with a 2 second release. Followed by a hold till failure


8:00 pm
I do a testicle massage and stretch before my bath in the pm. about 5 minutes. What I do is 3 60 second masage exercises.
1.) massage all around my sack using my thumb and forfinger avoiding the testes.
2.) With one hand grab around the top of my sack using the other hand I rub the balls all over in a nice steady motion.
3.) Grabbing my penis in a firm grip and grabbing my sack in a firm grip I stretch my penis up and my balls down.

Each of these exercise should be done for 1 minute each. This will increase the sensitivity and produce a greater load amount.

10:00 pm

If privacy allows set up fowfer stretches all day making sure to return circulation evry 10 minutes. I do about 4 hours of these daily. If these are not possible than I would suggest an additional DLD blaster set mid-day.

Maybe I've misread the guy's post 5 times in a row but, he said he'd tried hanging and, it's definitely FOR him. So, I'd suggest reading my posts in the hangers forum. If I'd made a comment like that it would be because I was sincere about it and, I intended to hang. I wouldnt ask for a routine that was not based around hanging . Hmm? I'm lost I guess.

Everything is kool. I have not measured in a month and when I did I have noticed an increase of 1/2 inches.

I have a new routine of course that is full proof ,however, I believe I gained because of something else which I will tell you later.


Pyro, I am now 8.5 NBP

Why do I want 10 x 7 because the last woman I was with was deep. I mean deep as hell. I could only please her by eating her out. So I am on a quest now not just for her but for myself.

This is my brand new routine. However, before I get to the details. You must understand that the key to this routine or any routine is the mind.

Seriously, if you have a positive outlook on your goals and patience then it will come true. Think about it even if you have the best routine and your mind is not leveled then it simply will not be. I mean this is a game of will, and your emotion state. Sometimes it will depend on your patience and your perseverance.

I waited so long because I needed to make sure this routine worked for me. It is really not that intense. It is what you make it to be. Understand this just because you do not get the results you want right away do not quit Penis Enlargement. It is worth it. Tell me what exactly do you have to lose. First you can gain, have a healthier erection, confidence and among other things. Penis Enlargement is all that. Sometimes you will have those situations in Penis Enlargement where it may seem as if it is slow. So what does this mean? Do you start feeling sorry for yourself and say this is not going to work? Hell, no!

You have to re - evaluate your mindset and maybe your routine. You can also come the forums and get a boost from someone. But do not quit. If you do then you are definitely hurting your progress. I know because I have been there. Don’t think for one second while starting or doing Penis Enlargement that you can simply do the exercises and wake up the next day and have a big “dick”. It takes hard work. Just like it takes time lifting weights in order to get your body in shape for yourself or for that particular sport.

Now on to my routine

I perform: 2000 reps of Jelqing, 1000 reps of Kegels, 2 or more hours of hanging .

I split the routine up in hours.

Warm-up/
1st hour; 1000 reps of Jelqing
Hot Wrap
500 reps of Kegels
Rest
Warm-up/
2nd hour; 1000 reps of Jelqing
Hot Wrap
500 reps of Kegels

Rest longer
Then, I hang for 2 or more hours. I perform four 4 sets,
1st and 2nd hour, regular hanging 30 minutes, then BTC hanging 30 minutes
I currently use between 12 ½ lbs to 15 lbs weight. Because I have worked my way up to this point.

Now I need to explain about the Jelqing exercises. I do not perform regular jelqing methods. My workouts are totally different from what you can possible imagine. So listen up clearly.

As I have read everyone basically Jelqs by pumping blood into there penis or behind the balls or maybe even upward.

I do not stretch any more. So I basically figured why not simply mix jelqing and stretching into one. I jelqing in every possible position you can possibly think of doing. I do upward, BTC, downward, to the side, and then I make up positions as I go. If I get a hard on then I use a position in a swinging motion like that of a ticking clock. I keep my mind focused. I do not pump any blood at all into my cock because my goal is length . However, in the process I have noticed that it balances itself out evenly.

Some of you will be skeptics. I do not care. I know what works for me and I decided to share what I know. Besides my dick size is now 8.5 none bone press, flaccid 6.0 inches, and my thickness is 6.0. So it works and I am happy with the results although I am not done yet.

My goals are 10.0 to 10.5 inches none bone pressed, flaccid 8.5 inches maybe 9.0, and thickness 7.

It is up to you what you do. However, the key is not the routine it is your mind. You can ask me questions till your head falls off. I will gladly answer any comments or questions. I am not an expert but I will do my best.

I hope this is beneficial to someone.

Also I do not perform the 1000 reps straight. I write them down on a sheet of paper 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. 7. 8. 9. 10. And the numbers 100 next to each so I will not lose track. After every set of one hundred I mark through the numbers.

u sound really dedicated, it looks like u grew alot since changing ur routine, it sounds pretty good,. i used to do a routine like this months ago, but with less reps. sounds nice tho, i think im gonna try it, thanks alot channel7. peace
