Help - Break Through Wall

I searched through the SRT link and saw that hydrocortisone is the cream of choice for red spots. Is that what you guys suggest @DLD ?

Get yourself a tube of hydrocortisone and also get yourself a tube of bacitracin between these two you will have a very healthy skin was no more issues. Use the hydrocorisone after each workout for healthy skin and use bacitracin if there’s ever an open cut, sore or skin burn.
 
I’m think it’s time to call it. It’s been two weeks and I have seen no changes in length, either BPEL or BPFSL. Prior to posting here I did about four weeks of this routine for a total of six weeks. On the bright side I have seen a .25 inch change in girth which I think is from me switching to three 5 minute bathmate pump sessions. @DLD , what new routine were you thinking of that would help me get more length gains?

5 mins of bundle stretches after warmup shower or heating pad.

your length routine looks 'spot-on', perhaps up the intensity of each exercise? Once you're finished, try to heal/rest in an elongated state. Pay particular notice to the quality of your EQ...don't worry about any fatigue, this is a good sign of growth.
PE is essentially basic physics (leverage)...how much force will it take to move an object? The variables are infinite, but the science is simple. Stick with it and your body will have no choice but to comply

Some men just can’t stretch with the intensity they need and the Lengthmaster delivers so much intensity you’ll have to back off. Someone can see up to an inch gain and links within six months using only the LM. Simply continue doing the stretches you’re doing using the Lengthmaster

I think what we need to do in this case is change the exercises and the routine. Give me a little bit and I will write you up a custom lengthmaster routine. I wrote one the other day for someone else and I’ll try to modify that for you. Because if you’re not gaining now it has to be the exercises or the intensity. How long can you dedicate to a routine each day?

I appreciate your attentiveness and willingness to help but I’m going to take a break for a while. Again, thank you for your help, responses and support. ?
 
Thing is with anykind of PE, you need to use some intensity somewhere down the line, and it will feel uncomfortable. For example I do expressive stretching with the LM, and its VERY uncomfortable indeed, try doing 20-30 mins straight of those in several sets lasting minutes each hold ... but it isn't going to be easy, if it were, then anyone, and everyone would be doing it.

In PE we need to get used to many things. Comfort is not usually expected when training hard. It’s not comfortable to do certain exercises but it’s necessary. Discomfort is much different than pain and that should be clearly established. As Red said using the LM to do expressive stretching is not comfortable but it’s necessary to bringing out internal penis. Progressive intensity will always be a part of any gainers routine.
