I wanted to ask @DLD for advice on moving past a wall I think I hit. Below is my routine:

-Morning
Warmup: hot shower or heating pad
Exercise:
1) Newbie Length Master routine
2) Ace bandage wrap for 4-6 hours (I work from home)

-Night
Bathmate:
5 sessions of 3 minutes with a 1-2 minute rest between

Clothes:
I wear boxers or no underwear when possible. I wear gym shorts or sweat pants a lot.

Backstory:
I did the above routine, PLUS jelqing, for 3 months, about 5 months ago, and was able to gain .75 inches of length and .5 in
girth. I needed to take a break and have been back at it for about 4 weeks now, following the above routine. I stopped jelqing
because even if I jelq softly, I get a lot of dark red discoloration that takes 3 days to go away.

Question:
Have I hit a wall?
Is the above routine adequate to see more gains?
If not, what more would I need to add?
 
I like the routine, but have a question regarding your Bathmate...is it modded w/The Vacuvin or is it an Extreme model? The reason I ask is that I've made most of my gains via my modded X40. My best results came from always upping the intensity and entering/maintaining the highest EQ possible for the duration.

It’s the HYDROMAX9.
 
Yes, the name changed but modifying it can be done. :) (And when BSA made his purchase, it was the X40 ...)

If you don't have the Vacu-Vin, I do suggest purchasing one. If you've been in the game for a moment now, it could be the needed adjustment for more gains.
Adding intensity and force over time.

And definitely try the 5x5x3 routine, your routine looks a bit like it, but I think you could increase the time. And especially add Slow Squash Jelqs. I haven't had dotting issues with the SSJs.

Also the way you are using your bathNate Routine can be done much better by following the instructions in SRT, The 5×5×3 work out. You’ll also find many tips on gaining and healing in the SRT thread so please read through it when you get a chance and any questions you have just ask.

Straight Down Rotary Stretches : 25-Cranks

Straight Out to the Left: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Out to the Center: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Out to the Right: 30-seconds x 3

I jumped over the the SRT link and checked out the 5x5x3 routine. I am concerned that I will get a lot of discoloring due to it happening with lite jelqing.

I have a history of working out and know that a certain amount of effort can get you so far but to get to the next level takes a ton more effort and time. With the structure of my life in this season, I am only able to give an hour or so (the time it takes to do the routine in my first post). I am curious to know, in your opinion, if the routine I posted is adequate enough to continue to see gains and if it is just a matter of patience. I am willing to try the 5x5x3 but am nervous it will take me out for a handful of days to recover from the dark red spotting that may occur.

Essentially, I am ready to accept I have hit my limit with the gains I can achieve based on the time I can dedicate.

The red spots will go away after a few days, and once you become used to doing that type of girth work, they will become a thing of the past.

Red spots will indeed comeback once you use more intensity then before, your dealing with allot of blood with girth work, but its something all PE'ers have to come to terms with, part and parcel of penis enlargement.

Unless you really cannot stand them for a few days, I suggest you go with it.

Extenders for example are a different kettle of fish, they use low levels of force to stretch the penis over many hours, this works because its in a prolonged enlarged extended level then it usually would be, but if that force was something very high, the penis could not be extended for so long, and hence why hanging is used in that slot for penis enlargement.

You got a good routine, and I want you to use good form, high intensity on those stretches.

Thanks for the reply. I value you’re advice and experience. I am not comfortable with having a good amount of red spots on my penis. Last night I tried the 5x5x3 and a lot of red spots showed up. Also, afterwards the skin was really tender.

On the topic of measuring the force while using the length master, I use as much force as I can. At a certain point there is a sharp pain in the head of my penis, I’m guessing the trapped blood is causing this. At that point, I back off a bit.

During the early days of doing PE, I was able to do relatively intense jelqs. I remember there was a session where I went a bit too intense and a lot of red spots showed up. Eversense that session, even lite jelling causes painful red spots. I did some reading and found out that I may have exploded the two way values in the blood vessels. That being said, I am concerned with the health of my penis if it is in a constant state of being covered in red spots. I apologize if I come across difficult. I am just not comfortable with it.

I am open to trying to modify my bathmate. When I do use it, i max out how much pressure I can achieve as it is fully pressed against my body. A person above mentioned getting a Vacu-Vin to add to my bathmate. Is there a link on how to undertake this modification?
 
Modification clarification.
About the modding. There are several threads, just tooting my own horn here for once.

If you're able to find the spot where the sharp pain is near, do back up before or remain at that point. Of course sometimes those sharp twinges can occur but in my mind I would see it's possible to learn the highest threshold you can comfortably (or with mild discomfort) muster.

Red dots suck and I do hope that there's nothing wrong in total.
A difficult topic in medical field, on both accounts. Patient might know a whole lot but can't do certain things that might relieve the issue and then again doctors might not know or flatline curse you or equivalent.

Hopefully the issues pass away soon!
You can try 3x3x3, as in less minutes and then build up the time when it feels right.

Never a problem my brother, that’s why am here and that’s what I love to do. Are you saying that you’re accepting that you made all the gains you can or you’re accepting that the current routine will no longer give you gains?

Kinda both. I am saying that I will accept the fact that the routine I can and have done (due to time constraints and uneasiness to do intense jelqs) has reached its limit on the gains it can yield. I do like doing to routine but am not up to continue if I won’t see anymore gains. If in fact though you think the routine will produce more gains, I will continue and just be more patient.

My theory on when to change your routine is if you have gone 30 days without games. And this is why I tell people that you need to make two measurements that are on official. The first measurement is post workout girth and the second measurement is flaccid stretched bone pressed length. Although these measurements are not official they will tell you if you are making gains with your current routine. In that case it becomes important to change the routine and this can be done in many ways. What exactly are you doing right now and how long have you been with this routine? I will help you write a new routine that you will definitely gain with, have no worries.

Let’s do that because this routine looks really good. So take official measurements today or soon as possible and then let’s see what happens after four weeks.

I searched through the SRT link and saw that hydrocortisone is the cream of choice for red spots. Is that what you guys suggest @DLD ?
