Hello guys,
I need an input on how I’m doing and what I can do To improve. I’m doing the 5,5,3 for 3 weeks now with the bath mate and I can say the expansion last for a long time ? I’ve started using the silirings right after so it can heal for at 7 hours. In the morning most of the time I’ll wake up with a morning wood (smashing women in my dreams) lol and I’ll check to see if still have Expansion and I do it’s not huge like it was when I Was done pumping. My question is should I keep the siliring on when I wake up in the morning or not?
I have pics of me using a bathmate and putting on the ring if you guys want to see.

Hey what's man ? The pump I'm currently using is a bathmate hydromax and I'm using the silirings as the cock ring after pumping as well. Do you pump with a cockring on?

do not pump with a ring on this will cause thrombosis. There is no reason to even do that if you’re following the SRT 5×5×3. This method of pumping will bring the best possible growth with the least fluid retention. As far as cock rings are concerned you should wear it after you have trained to keep your pumped up penis as long as possible to heal in that state. Read through SRT to get even more tips along these lines. And if you need any help please just ask.

If you first get five minutes of SSJ in and then wear it it is brilliant. You only want to wear it when you’re expanded so you can hold that expansion for as long as possible. So if you can pump for five minutes or like I said you could do the SSJ for five minutes or pretty much anything that will bring you to an expanded state and then the ring will be profitable.
