Does hyaluronic acid or good concentration of hyaluronic acid plays role in penis enlargement? Does it matter ?
Or does collagen matters ?
Hyaluronic acid is merely a filler. It does contain collagen, but the collagen is not used by the body. It acts more like a buffer, or rather a filler, for your skin. The body does use a small portion of the free collagen to act as a temporary resource when it's in dire need. So, yes, it does matter when it comes to using what's missing in dire situations. But no, it does not matter if your body has a good dietary plan.
However, there's a flip side to things. Hyaluronic acid can act as a temporary and safe filler to get your penis larger by injecting into the blood chambers (corpus cavernosa and spongiosum) as well as underneath your skin layers (the fascias). It also helps to force an increase on temporary girth for pumping as well by creating that extra gaps you need after the pumping routine. We call hyaluronic acid a "placeholder" for PE. When you pump, you're breaking down your own tissues and cells. If the cells are in dire needs for the collagen in the hyaluronic acid mixture, the cells will use it. If the cells don't need it, the hyaluronic acid acts as like a gap maker when your can't get your erection to a solid 100%. Whatever little gap is made by the hyaluronic acid, your cells start to repair and crowd that space, forcing the hyaluronic acid to migrate away when it's not needed.
There is a downside as well. Hyaluronic acid can also move out of the penis very quickly under vacuum pressures. Anything greater than 4.5inHg of negative pressure on top of the 100% erection, the pressure will push the hyaluronic acid out of the skin and chambers because of the crowding. Some lose around 1% each pumping sessions (based on the reduction size after 24 hours using fluid displacement testing), and some lose up to 5%. It's hard to predict.
So, it has its role in PE, but it should be a dependant as a PE alternative.
