Trying something new that really seems to be working. I read a medical article that said that collagenous tissue which was heated 8 degrees above normal and put under tension showed plastic strech which healed in the expanded state. Of course we all know this- which is why we warm up. But what about keeping the penis warm for the entire duration. I bought a back warming pad from a medical store and wrap it around the exposed part of my penis while I hang. my entire penis all the way up to the head stays hot- excellent blood flow and no pain at all during the stretch-even with heavier weight. Haven't done it long enough to comment on the results but mabye something to look into........
 
Excellent first post! Welcome to the forums! I have heard people talk about this before and it is very interesting to me. I have never heard prolonged results but I would love you to chart your progress and post it here. I always thought about stretching while in a hot bath but never really tried it. I am very interested in this though, please let us know.

I sometimes stretch in my friend's jacuzzi, but they're quick hard stretches under the bubbles.

I'll try to hang heated when Bibs come back into production.
 
LOL I just remembered the sceen in "Out Cold" where he gets sucked into the drain on the hot tub. (If there was only a good way to control that!:D )
 
I've been hanging with a heating pad applied the last couple of weeks. I Haven't measured, but don't suspect I've made any signifigant gains yet.
 
I made some incredible gains (but short lived progress) with heat and intense stretches a few weeks back. I gained 5/16ths in 9 days, then progress halted abruptly.

Interestingly, despite these flaccid gains, erect length never really improved initally, but in the weeks following it has been steadily catching up. This leads me to suspect that what I did was stretch the tunica, but the CC needed time to grow.

My routine is all over the place at the moment, and haven't settled on what I want to do next. Despite the shotgun approach, I have been logging everything in a spreadsheet daily, so a pattern might yet emerge.

In summmary, I think it will probably turn out to be a good plateau breaking excersise, for maybe 1 week every couple of months, but I don't see it making my daily routine.
 
In the last two weeks since I have started this I have gained 1/4 inch in bpel to just push me over 7inches. I hang with the heat pad constantly applied for about 3 -20 minute a day sessions with quite a lot of force. I have something rigged up at my desk that pulls by resting mey feet on a footrest so Im not sure how much weight but I would say about 12-15 pounds. I also apply the pad for a long time before jelqing and in the middle of jelqing just to make sure everything is warmed up. I will keep you guys updated on future gains but so far I think this isn't such a bad idea.............
 
I reckon its a fab' idia :cool: and when I get time alone in the house am at [My family and girl family here] which will be in say 2 weeks when term starts again for the damm kids, I can get some PRIVATE :p Hanging done in the livingroom BTC with the hairdryer in my hand aimed at ones penis :) I can see it helping.

Yes, this has been how my gains have come - impossible to estimate any schedule of growth. I'd make a 0.2 - 0.25" gain quickly....then nothing. Nothing for a long while.
 
I've read quite a few posts lately where quick gains were made with heat, or a new routine, or a cream. Gains come quick but are short lived. I'm starting to believe that the body just does not want to grow at that speed all the time, and much like body building perhaps we should pay attention to over training, and take breaks every so often, change routine to keep the body guessing?

I think u have a point.
 
Sounds like heat could be very beneficial and I can't think of anything negative about it.
 
Id really like to give this a try, heating is ment to speed up the healing process, i think. So it should work well. I will give it ago when i get a bib hanger.

I think a lot of people hanging need to know about this. it makes some sort of sense to me. It's just unfortunate that I'm not into hanging. if you are into hanging, this is a meaningful thread for you and it seems it ought to be in the hanging forum too.
