You guys that hang..What type of heat if any are you using for warmups? Evaluate its effectiveness or state if you don't use warmup as well. Just curious. I use a hot rag. I have a small electric pot beside my desk that keeps water hot. Microwave is in another room and would be too tempting if I went there every 20 min or so. For that reason I don't use the rice sock. I have a problem with the warmups as mentioned in another thread. Just curious if any of you are making gains without it?
