having trouble distinguishing from anal and pc muscle

I'm trying to do kegels but I can't keep the distinction between the PC and the anal muscles. I piss and stop peeing and I can feel the muscle then, but after I'm done peeing and I try it everytime I squeeze I feel it lower towards the butt. can anyone provide any tips for isolating the PC? I appreciate the help.
 
while your doing girth work, flex it and you hould feel your pens expand a bit/become harder. This means you hit the right spot. keep doing that, either quickly or hold it a bit during your excersises and get used to it, so you will know your doing it right whenever you want to doit.

thanks...will try that. anything else work for anyone? I think part of it is that my PC is really weak and therefore it's hard for me to tell when i'm using it. sucks cuz i think this is why i lose erections during sex
 
pc and girth work is the best things you can do for your erection. you may have a weak pc muscle but just stay determined and remember your pc muscle, especially during Penis Enlargement.
before you know it, you'll become master at it and be able to hold back ejaculations

The same muscles used in anal pushing and squeezing are used in penile pushing and squeezing. This group of muscles are called the pelvic floor muscles. You will notice how they run from the base of the penis to just beyond the anus.

The way I found my pc muscle was when I was pissing. Try stopping your piss and that's the pc muscle, if I'm not mistaken.

so if I feel it in my ass rather than my dick is that ok?

the same muscle does both, my suggestion would be trying to think about the restricting the flow of urine without actually urinating, if you squeeze the muscle a little more you can really feel it in the anus. play with it some do lots of reps and you wills tart to feel some distinction there.
