When I do manual stretches I can only get a semi comfortable grip at best. I have been using baby powder but I'm still crushing and causing light abrasions to my glans during some stretches. After watching the member videos I decided to try some TP instead and again the same issue.

I am gripping at the base of the glans, not the glans itself. Of course as I start to pull there's pressure put on the glans and the ridge. Sometimes I'm actually feeling pain there before I'm feeling any ligament burn from stretching.

Fortunately it goes away after a few hours but I'm worried that it's going to take longer and longer for it to feel normal again as time goes on.

Any suggestions?

Try gripping as low as possible on the shaft, it's a 2in1 stretch, since you're getting some of that inner penis out.
The LM works great for this as well once you get wrapping down.

In the last week I've added a set of stretches where I'm pulling from the base or close to it. Straight down and behind the cheeks HURT if I pull from the base with more than a light tug. That just means I need to do more of them cause I feel that right in the ligaments.

What about if I do 4 sets of the Newbie Routine and alternate pulling from the base and from behind the glans? That'd still let me pull from the glans but only for 2 sets and I'd be doing 2 sets from the base.

That sounds like a fine adjustment. You are very correct in your assertion on the BTC and big soreness. BTC is the furthest point of stretch to the ligaments and one that has no limitations but time. Keep working it and as things loosen you will feel less and less soreness.

It certainly is a much different stretch. I feel a burn when I grip low. It's a good burn and I stop pulling when I hit that point between stretching burn and tearing pain. Soreness means I'm doing things right...well hopefully lol.

I've just finished the first 2 weeks and I'm working harder and when I can working longer. It almost feels like the first 8-10 days were loosening things up for serious work, things that have never been intentionally worked on before are now ready for more. As long as good things are happening I'll keep on working. The hardest part is talking my wife into letting me get a pump. That'll be more work than anything else.....

I gottagetaCOMFORTABLEgrip and that sounds like a viable solution. I'm really thinking about getting a "cock sock" to keep the glans covered all day and start restoring sensitivity. If I do it could possibly double as something to grab when doing stretches depending on the material.

Sensitivity loss is not such a terrible thing if it is mild as it will allow a man to last longer in bed. If it is markedly worse then time will clear things up. I also suggest you use Hydrocortisone everyday, after training, this will improve skin condition big time.

Are you talking about using a Hydrocortisone cream? If so should it be applied to the shaft and glans or should it also go around the base as well?

I want the sensitivity back just as if I wasn't circumsized. I know endurance may suffer a little at first but I'm okay with that. When I first got my Prince Albert my endurance dropped a little. Any stimulation was more intense and orgasms were extra amazing the first few months. The first dozen or so were almost like having my first orgasms all over again.

Then I got used to having it. After 12 years I still know that it's there and still feel what it adds for me and I wouldn't want to be without it so long as I have that choice. Restoring sensitivity to the glans should, theoretically, yield the same results once I'm used to it. At least that's what I think would happen. I've never talked to anyone who's done anything like that to see what their experience was like.

Yes, Hydrocortisone cream, using a small amount (a pea size) work into the entire penis and balls. This will eliminate all skin issues of redness, itchiness, irritation and other problems that happen due to the constant handling of the penis in PE.

Sensitivity will always return as long as the damage to the nerves is not major, which in this case it is not. When there is complete loss of feeling there is cause for alarm but if you still feel things the full feelings will return over time. Nerve damage is corrected in every case I have experienced on MOS.

I've read before that you can restore most if not all sensitivity to the glans. I'd like to get that shiny look to it that it's supposed to have instead of having it dry and cracked.

I'll try to pick up some hydrocortizone cream. Might help with a little of the soreness from stretching as well. The first 2 weeks seemed like I was just loosening things up and now I'm pulling harder in manual stretches. Starting to see a little of the "baseball bat" look as well. I took last night off from jelqing and this morning off from stretching just for a little break and everything looks normal. A day off occasionally is a good thing but I'll be back at it tonight.

I've added a full set to the Newbie Routine and I'm alternating between gripping below the glans and at the base every other set. I've also added A and Y stretches, 5 of each for 1 minute. Since doing that this past week I can see almost like a fold of skin around the base. Kind of hard to describe but things look a little different (not in a bad way though).

You should notice a very quick difference with the Hydro-Cream. Your head will become much more supple and moisturized.

I'll tell ya it was kind of interesting using it yesterday. First a quick rinse to get the baby powder off before putting my piercing back in (powder inside is no fun), then putting a little cream on, then grabbing the Gold Bond and giving my usual powdering. Almost felt like a woman putting on makeup lol.

Gold Bond powder is the only thing I've found that keeps everything from sticking when I sweat. I've been shaving regularly for a long time and tried a bunch of other things. Gold Bond is the only thing that works all day.

Good tip. Did you find the cream to be soothing?

I'm actually feeling a little irritation on the glans today while walking around at work. I think it's helping already. I'm going to have to either cover up or switch to briefs and I hate briefs :O

I've used baby powder, corn starch (only thing that worked to keep my son from getting diaper rashes so I gave it a go), and eventually Gold Bond. Some people said to start with the yellow bottle because it will tingle quite a bit. I didn't listen and went straight for the blue bottle. One of the first times I used it I walked from the bathroom to the bedroom immediately after applying. My dresser was really close to the window AC unit which was on full blast. Right about the time the cold air hit the tingle set in. Imagine dipping your scrotum into ice water on a hot day and that's about what I felt. It calmed down after a minute or two and after I walked outside my testicles found their way out of my throat and back down where they belong.

Like anything you get used to it. For the maybe dozen years I've used it I don't feel anything anymore unless it's a really hot humid day. The sweaty crotch smell still occurs but it's far less pungent even on the worst of days. Even if you don't shave it's worth doing just to keep yourself fresh.

Yes, it works immediately. Such a cheap and wonderful cream that every PE'er should have.
