This is going to get some hate. But the standard 3x5 minute sets for the bathmate i think is not enough for serious gains. Lately i have been holding my dick in the bathmate for alot longer, even 10 minutes. The longer i hold it in the bathmate it the better gains i get.
I think we should be holding our dicks in the bathmate longer.
 
...I'd add that the amount of intensity plays an even bigger role in gains. If you can reach the point where you feel like you're going to explode (be very, very careful with this and know your limitations), and throw a few Kegels and RKs at that max, you'll realize some serious expansion
 
I have been experimenting with this concept lately. I started out doing the 5 minute sessions and while I am not complaining about the results, I started doing 8, 7 & 6 and so far it is working great. I don't feel that it hurts to shock the cock sometimes, at least it hasn't for me
 
Why would you think this would cause hate? It has been a long standing idea that if you can take more than the 5x5x3 do so. Some men ned less some need more but that does not bring hate??? Simply add more intensity and time if you can handle it.

It depends on the person as I said, some men can do 10x10x3 others can do 3x3x3, it all depends on the person. For most men water retention happens around the five minute mark but if you do not have retention at this point definitely go longer until you find your sweet spot.
