I've been doing a pretty intense routine for the past month and my bpfs hasn't gotten any better, tho I think I may have gained a little erect length ( haven't check don't want to get disappointed). So I was thinking about switching to a very basic routine, like DLD's phase 1, and working my way up gradually instead of doing all these blasters and what have you. I am just wondering what your opinions are on this and have any of you done something similar to this and seen good results. Thanks guys.

I figure if it worked for DLD (following the Phase approach), it's a good procedure to practice.

I'm just afraid my dick is so used to the stretches and stuff I do now that if I start over at say phase one I won't get a good stretch because its already conditioned to take more intense stuff.
