it's a highly toxic chemical used for burning fat, a lot of people I have spoke to have lost anything from 5lbs up to 11lbs of FAT in 10 days, but it is VERY toxic and is apparantly very easy to die from.

I would rather use some T3, since there is no chance of overheating your body. With DNP your body temp. has no limit on how high it can go. Also it is very uncomfortable from what I hear.

yeah it is supposed to be pretty uncomfortable, I'll put up with it though, the best thing about DNP is that burns hardly ANY muscle, with T3 you will lose some muscle. Everyone I have spoke to has lost in between 5-11lbs of pure fat.

I think as long as you are very careful on it you should be fine, I will be doing low doses of around 200mg and MAYBE bump it up to 400mg for the last couple of days, I will be doing a 10 day cycle!

...almost forgot, if I do suddenly stop posting here then it's because I am dead.

Yeah just see what your tolerance is and dose accordingly. At those doses it looks like you should be fine. I had no idea that it only burnt fat?

Right... DNP... the 'lazy man's' miracle fat loss suppliment! :D
To my knowledge it is a key ingredient in wood preserving chemicals, insecticides, and other highly toxic industrial agents (possibly found in paint thinners, too, although I can't verify this).

I dunno if I'd wanna be dumping that shit into my body, since there are no studies on it's toxicity over the long haul. It is quite possibly a carcinogenic substance. :O

I have read everything that is bad about it, you are right about all those (not sure about the paint thinners although it wouldn't surprise me) and trust me when I say, I am gonna be careful!

It would be interesting to hear how well it works for you.
Personally, I'm too chickenshit to try stuff like that, but I would be tempted if I found out for certain that it isn't as dangerous as they say.

personally I think it's a load of hype!
I think it's just an internet rumour that has got out of control, sure people have died from it but most of them have had other hard drugs like crack or xstasy in there system, now thats getting stupid, I'm not that stupid, I'll let you know what my results are!

Just keep your water intake super high and fruit is good I hear for keeping you hydrated. You are gonna be sweating like a MOFO!

Looking forward to hearing your results! :)
Shit, I have a huge motivational problem with dieting-
it just kills me to see those muscles, for which I have worked so hard, to flatten out and seemingly vanish into thin air while I'm cutting up.
I never have any motivational issues with keeping up a good BB cycle (HST to be precise).. as a matter of fact, I can't even remember the last time I missed a workout, but dieting is something that I truly dread. So, if this stuff really is safe, I might consider trying it for a few days just to see what would happen. Otherwise I have at least 1.5 months of dieting ahead of me to get from my current BF of 14% to 11-12%.

UNDERSTAND THAT IN NO WAY AM I RECOMMENDING FOR ANYONE TO USE THIS DRUG, IT IS HIGHLY TOXIC!!!

I have been researching DNP for over a month now and have probably read well over 20 hours of info on it!

sweet , more brave souls willing to risk life and limb lol
Supra risks his eachday with alsorts of shit lol I risked myn and wil do so again with that ''plant'' I ingested months back, which made me last HOURS longer in bed, will be testing that again soon.

Goodluck man, look forward to new posts on this by YOU.

I am starting my first run with HST coming up on May 3rd. Just checking my maxes in the upcoming weeks and then deconditioning.

You've made a fine choice, my man! ;)
Out of all the mass specific programs I've tried so far, HST has been the best, hands down. I used to do a basic old-school 4 day split routine, but I wasn't seeing the type of progress I would have expected, so I decided to give HST a go. I have no complaints about it so far- it delivers what it promises: rapid hypertrophy, much more so than what you get with your average, run of the mill BB program.

Nice. How do you feel about lifting much lighter weights than your max for the first couple days though? Do you still feel stress in the muscles? And I have been really slacking on the gym as of late, do you thing I would have to decondition for the full 9 days?

The thing is, you can compensate for the lighter loads by doing more sets with perfect form & focus at the beginning of any given block, and then gradually decrease the volume as you near the end of the block. This way you won't be ''wasting your time'' in the first couple of exercise days.
The lighter loads also serve the purpose of allowing some breathing space between the heavy loads and CNS fatigue of the previous block, keeping overtraining at bay.

You can also start off with relatively heavy weights and use small increment increases, if it feels better. Generally it's best to use bigger increases for the heavy compound movements and smaller ones for the isolation exercises, though.

If you have been slacking off in the gym as of late, you might as well go for a week long strat decon. It should be sufficient.
