I think it's just an internet rumour that has got out of control, sure people have died from it but most of them have had other hard drugs like crack or xstasy in there system, now thats getting stupid, I'm not that stupid, I'll let you know what my results are!

Shit, I have a huge motivational problem with dieting-
it just kills me to see those muscles, for which I have worked so hard, to flatten out and seemingly vanish into thin air while I'm cutting up.
I never have any motivational issues with keeping up a good BB cycle (HST to be precise).. as a matter of fact, I can't even remember the last time I missed a workout, but dieting is something that I truly dread. So, if this stuff really is safe, I might consider trying it for a few days just to see what would happen. Otherwise I have at least 1.5 months of dieting ahead of me to get from my current BF of 14% to 11-12%.

Out of all the mass specific programs I've tried so far, HST has been the best, hands down. I used to do a basic old-school 4 day split routine, but I wasn't seeing the type of progress I would have expected, so I decided to give HST a go. I have no complaints about it so far- it delivers what it promises: rapid hypertrophy, much more so than what you get with your average, run of the mill BB program.
