Has anyone ever used padlock weighted swings/cranks?

This is the latest thing I have been doing. I was just wondering if anyone has ever done these or anyone has claimed to have invented this move. Basically it is like hanging, but swinging the weight in a cranking position ( but pointing down towards the floor). What I do is this. I locked a padlock just behind the head ( use a light wrap behind the head for comfort and to secure it tight). I sit up near the edge on my computer chair with legs open, penis hanging straight towards the floor. The light weight of the padlock gives a good hang, but isnt much weight only tugging down slightly. I then grip with thumb and 2 fingers at the middle of the shaft and just swing it around in a circular cranking motion. After a couple hundred of these, it is hanging at max extended hang and it also very thick and spongy. I do a few sets of these and in bewteen just let it hand for a few minutes. So, who has done this?
 
I was doing those back when I was like 15 man, they were fucking cool, used to just hang it off my dck for hours, this is even when i did not know what Penis Enlargement was, it was kinda hot, ROFLMAO, anyways they were cool
 
I probbably gained a little, I was 15 so I thought it was hot. ROFLMAO!!
 
Nah it is like .5lbs its nothing worth worring about
 
I dont understand how that would be harmful since people hang weights all the time in much larger poundages. But anyway, Im gonna keep doing my dick swings.
 
When i was hanging I enjoyed doing these. I was always told they were dangerous but thats like telling a 14 year old not to drink:D

Well I got you all beat though, I remember trying to hang when I was around 11,12, i just did the old shoelace tie using an 8 pound weight (!) it hurt like fuck so that was the last time I Penis Enlargement'd for about 10 years LOL.
 
Big'' go for it man , but if ya do it at high weights be careful....i.e. if ya move into 10lb's than monitor it all, 5lbs should be find, its fuck all.
But it only takes a certain swing to damage the nerve, dont swing mad ... focus at all times....I am a mad cunt, but a focused driven and careful thought through mad cunt....dont go insane.
 
Has anyone tried running with weights? It would seem that a running motion would give the weights a jerking motion to the ligaments. This is probably what happens to these tribesman that wear the rings etc., as sometimes they have to run if they were on a hunt! I will give it a try, and report back.
