There we go. I experimented around an found a pretty hard stretch. This one will isolate a single ligament suspensorium and so apply stretch on it. That stretch covers multiple positions and thereby goes pretty hard. Well I don't want to talk too much. The simple fact is that this was the first time ever that my ligs were finished in a few minutes.

I call it NewbieX1.

It is a combination of some things...

Step one:
Bundle in whatever way is doing fine for you. Keep in mind that bundles should be done in both directions with the same strength and amount of time.

Sept two:
Use the F-Grip...

Step three:
Do the Anti-Lot Stretch Movement...

Try around with it. You need to find the right way for yourself in some turns of execution. Once you found it this is going to be the hell of a stretch.

PS: Another Stretch will be introduced as soon as I figured out a way to explain it. This will be a half circle bundled Helicopter Stretch. This will be called NewbieX2.

Sounds powerful especially if you can isolate a ligament independently. It would be great for guys who have unevenness to their erections.

i think it is a good exercise before applying some static work. one lig instead of means twice the force on that one lig. two hands double the force again. 4 times the force of a regular stretch plus static work. this should give every lig what it needs, but the upcoming one is as delicious as that one :)

if someone is week he can put the feet on the forearms and press on them too. this should be total overkill and the strongest stretch at all, but because of the force that method is only to be recommended for physical extremely week people so I didn't mention it in the main post. NOTE: that variation would require some bpfsl and flexibility (or rope usage), but ignore it if your strength is average or above.

Sounds powerful and technical. When I get chance I'll look into this for sure.

Hm, I thought everybody used both of their hands while stretching to get maximum intensiti? I've at least done that since I've started stretching.. Maybe I'm getting it wrong though..

yet ive read "stretch with 1 hand" everywhere for the default stretches.

Stretching with two hands is difficult to control where the intensity goes. The best way to do two hand stretching with control is with the Length Master.

you need to be able to do that weird van damme leg stretch in order to perform that exercise with LM.the legs would block and limit the range of motion.

stretching part of my routine to give an example how to use it:

14 minutes of regular stretches
5 minutes of __________ stretches
5 minutes of NewbieX2 (introduction soon)
5 minutes of NewbieX1
