Hi all,

I need some help, I think I might have hard flaccid because my penis and balls get hard as they don't relax when I am laying down, walking around or do normal things. Of course I do have varicocele that cause the turling penis and balls, but I want to make a double check whether if I do hard hard flaccid or not.

Does hard flaccid make your penis get small like a child size as the scrotum get turling?

And does hard flaccid also cause back pain, no morning wood and lack of erection?

here is the pictures if you are unsure:

http://penisproblem.org/turling-penis/

I tend to get hard flaccid, and tight scrotum once in awhile, however it there's isnt much medical news behind it. DLD helped me with this issue, and told me in my post that "hard flaccid is more a sign of growth and repair. The tissue becomes temporarily dense as the tissues contract and begin to repair. This is normal in the beginnings of penis enlargement but it also can be present at times of intensity as a veteran. I never took time away from my training because of this, I worked through it."

It is true, ive been able to grow when other people on different sites told me i couldn't and it means damage . Others just say its from "death grip" masturbation. However, i found it when i ejaculated in different positions, the muscle contracts causing hard flaccid, and usually the night after i again ejaculate in a different position and it goes away. Ive never had pain, unless i had a tough session . Its a weird thing, but dont get discouraged from it .

A hard flaccid penis is basically a penis that is exhausted, fatigued, in a state of shock in a sense. This is normal, particularly if you have only been training for a short time. I had this issue for about a month to two months in my beginnings. I good thing that can be done now that was no available then is Bundled Stretches, these will help a hard flaccid become malleable again.

Did you had a turling penis and balls like this pictures when you had it for a month to two months?

I'm just asking because I have asked someone and he said it looks like it as it is a pelvic floor muscle issue.

I want to make a double check to see if you do had something that looks similar like mine so I could work on it. If you had something looks similar like what I got in the pictures, I would be very interested to know how did you solved it with what exercises did you use to solved the problem??

Does kegels, reverse kegels, deep squats, hindi squats and yoga poses help to solve the problem or it does not help?

If you don't have like this then I must have the varicocele that cause the turling penis and scrotum so I am going to get it sort it out with the urologist when I see him again on next week.

Did you have had a hard flaccid that looks the same as mine in any of those pictures??

If you had the same like what I have got, I would be interested to know how did you solved the problem to avoid your penis and scrotum to cause the turling.

that looks like a hard flaccid, why is it like that? do you live in a cold weathered region?

The pictures look totally normal, much like my own penis when it is in a state of fatigue. Of course I am a bit bigger but the same type of thing will happen. A hardness of the interior flaccid, foreskin covering the head, some turtling. The way to change this is to forge on, this state will happen from time to time, chalk it up to a great workout. I bet today it does not feel hard as it did yesterday as that feeling is short lived.

Yeah, but you should have said it in 3 years back when you first saw it. I'm unhappy as the time has been wasted and I should have a big cock as I would be ready by now to pleasure many chicks. :)

Anyway, do you know if I do have pelvic floor imbalance that cause the foreskin covering the head like what you have seen in the pictures??

Do you know what exercises or stretches that I should use to solve the hard flaccid issue??

Sorry that I did not see this back then I try too get to every post every day but I do miss some. Pelvic floor imbalance could be a reason but I doubt it. What I suggest to deal with this hardness is to include Bundled Stretching before every workout, this will prime and loosen the tightness and hardness of the penis. After training I would use heat therapy with massage to keep the penis in a malleable state.

Thats okay my brother :)

Does pelvic floor imbalance causes the tightness and hardness of the penis and balls when I am standing up, walking around, have bowel movement, back pain, no morning wood and erectile dysfunction?

If that is sound like the symptoms of what I have got, I would like to know what exercises I need to use to treat for pelvic floor imbalance??

I have asked my doctor to refer me to see the physiotheapthy, but the physiotheapthy told my doctor that they only deal with pelvic floor muscle to treat for bowel as they don't treat for cremaster reflex or tightness and hardness of the penis and balls. I guess that my doctor have asked the wrong physiotheapthy then?

Do you have a link of a video for me to do the bundled stretching??

And what workout I would need to do after the bundled stretching??

I want to check myself to see if I do have pelvic floor imbalance, so I could treat it myself rather than waiting for too long. Please note that I haven't been check with pelvic floor imbalance. I want to check to make sure if I do have it or not. If I don't check with pelvic floor imbalance, then I wouldn't know why my penis and balls get tightness and hardness if I get varicocele repair.

If I check and if I do have pelvic floor imbalance, then I don't need to have varicocele repair. But if I don't have pelvic floor imbalance, then I would know that varicocele is causing the hardness and tightness of the penis and balls to make them to get turling and cause my balls to swell.

I hope you will understand where I am coming from as I am getting closer to find and solve the problem :)

Bundled Stretches can be found in the SRT Thread. I think you should be practicing Kegel work daily to bring the PFM back into balance. If you are lacking strength in any area here it can cause erection issues. I would input the Kegel routine in the Newbie Routine, this is a simple workout and should help balance things out.

Thank you for your advise. Do I need to do Bundled Stretches by doing these on below?

Behind The Cheeks to the Left: 30-seconds x 3
Behind The Cheeks to the Center: 30-seconds x 3
Behind The Cheeks to the Right: 30-seconds x 3

Straight Down to the Left: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Down to the Center: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Down to the Right: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Down Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks

Straight Out to the Left: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Out to the Center: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Out to the Right: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Out Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks

Straight Up to the Left: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Up to the Center: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Up to the Right: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Up Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks

If so I haven't done it yet after I have been used SizeGentics. Do you think it is probably why I get some turling that cause my foreskin get covering on my glans as I haven't done the bundled stretches and kegels exercises??

Do you know how long it would help me to solve the problem?

Someone told me that I might have pelvic floor muscles imbalance so do I need to go and see the physiotheapthy or it is not necessary?

I need to check to see if I do have pelvic floor imbalance. Does they cause some turling when I walking around, sitting, lay down, when I have a shower, go to toilet, erectile dysfunction, back pain...etc?

If I don't have pelvic floor imbalance then I must have varicocele that cause these issues.

Before you start the stretching simply get in 5 minutes of Bundled Stretches. That is all you will need.

Okay, I will do that. Do I need to do kegels as well for pelvic floor imbalance?

I want to know how long it would help me to solve the issue? 1 month? 2 months?

And you haven't answered my other questions. Do I need to go and see the physiotheapthy to get some help with pelvic floor imbalanace?

I need to check to see if pelvic floor imbalance does cause the turling when I walking around, sitting, lay down, when I have a shower, go to toilet, erectile dysfunction, back pain...etc. Does they cause it like what my pictures show?

Perfect. Bundles will prime any length or girth routine allowing for better expansion and/or elongation.

I'm sorry but you haven't answered my questions.

I want to know if I do I need to do kegels to treat for pelvic floor imbalance after when I do the bundles stretches?

I still want to know that if pelvic floor imbalance does cause the turling of my penis and balls when I am walking around, sitting, lay down, when I have a shower, go to toilet, erectile dysfunction, back pain...etc. Does they cause it like what my pictures show?

I went to see the specaialist today, he said that it could be a pelvic floor muscle imbalance that cause the issue, so I hope that the kegels, bundles stretches would help to treat pelvic floor muscle imbalance so I could get back on the PE.

I answered this earlier

As far as how long I can not say but I would implement a kegel routine immediately. I am not sure if this causes turtling but that can be dealt with using other methods like ACE, Lazy Ass Stretches, Phallosan, SizeGenetics or Penimaster Pro and the Testicle Health routine. These methods will allow your penis to elongate in flaccid state eliminating turtling. So the cause of your turtling I can not say as I can not test you or examine you, what I can say is this issue is easily dealt with.
