Why didn't I post this in the same thread? Because I have read THAT thread and I am now interested on what BIB has to say about it. So I started a thread FOR BIB to reply and give us any insights and knowledge HE may have on the subject. I do not doubt Dash's claim and I am sure BIB and others have thought about this same thing. Maybe BIB even tried it himself. But, I am sure I am not the only one who is interested on what the GURU of hanging has to say.
While I hung a lot of heavy weight, I have no personal experience with hanging one set of heavy weight. I always put a lot of time into it.
The problem in judging these types of things, is everyone is different. What works for one may not work for another, and vice versa. But I never tried it.
I work at home, and my career has me in front of a phone and computer all day. So, I worked up to the point where I could hang all day.
But I have no doubt that for some guys, perhaps many guys, one set of heavy weights could have a positive impact. However, I would strongly urge that a guy work up to a heavy weight slowly over time. There is a line between controlled damage, which the Penis Enlargementer seeks, and injury.
