Hello! I recently got a cold & hard flaccid. It's like my penis isn't relaxed. And i can feel my penis without touching it, it's an annoying feeling. Is there any good info about this that can help me? It's like my penis has really bad circulation. I will defenitly take a longer break now. Is this a sign of overtraining? I think i may have overdone it with the pumping or something. Or could it be because i didn't release during edging?

Thanks for some input. I hope i haven't done anything permanent :/

No times for joke. I feel this could be something seriously. I really need DLD to tell me what to do here. I don't wanna permanently injure my penis. Anyone got some experience on this?

No, not at all! This has nothing to do with blood flow, it is simply a state the penis takes on when it is fatigue. Some men feel this as fatigue while others may feel different signs of training. Best advice is to use heat and bundled stretches before you train. After training use deep tissue massage. This will all help the penis relax and become more malleable.

I have had this many times... its disheartening to say the least because its your cock and youre worried itll stay like that... plus the anxiety automatically draws blood from the penis and redirects it to muscles (fight or flight mechanism)... which doesn't help


Long story short... get a heat pack on it, for on and off intervals... massage it gently and simply wait for it to return to normal.

Learn from this... youre either doing too much volume or pulling/pumping too hard
 
Yes. I think i pumped & pulled too hard! I have to calm down. Obviously it's a sign of overtraining. But i have read about people getting this permanently. That's nothing i would like to get.

Thanks. I recognized that when i sleep and wake up my penis is normal and not cold. But when i'm starting to move and do breakfast etc and sit down at the computer my penis starts to enter that "cold" state again. It's turtled and cold, and the coldness is an annoying feeling, it's like my penis pulsate of coldness. I don't think it fits to the "pain" category, because i can withstand it. It's pretty similar to urinary infection, but i don't think it's urinary infection. But i don't know.
I masturbated yesterday just to cum and release. In the erect state my penis was hard and the CS that i have developed was totally gone. My penis was instead more like "flat". When i came it was like a quick burst of fountain with very few sperm exiting my penis. The sperm went out from my penis like a quick burst, like a quick "cough" and there was very little sperm, almost nothing at all. It was like something was blocking the sperm to get out as it should. My penis isn't always hard. But the shaft and testicles are both cold to the touch. It doesn't look strange, other than a few dots from pumping. Main issue is that it is really cold which i also can feel without touching it, and it bothers me.

I have more information. Probably vital information.

So i have recently been going to the gym again. I did my second pass yesterday. I did a heavy leg pass. After the workout it was like i was going to throw up. I had to lie on the bed when i came home. Nothing was strange with my penis yet. Later that day i started to play games at the computer. I did some reverse keegels and a little regular keegels. Suddenly i had to hit the bathroom. And from this point my penis started to get cold and all this shit happend overtime. When i ejaculate my sperm count is very low! And have been like that for a while. When i sleep it goes to normal. When i wake up it's getting cold again.

Could this be an pelvic floor inbalance? Maybe i did involuntary pelvic floor exercises at the gym that caused this?
Worth to mention is that i can't walk normaly, so much pain from the gym. I have to walk like a frog. Can't stretch the legs proparly to walk normal without causing pain. This cold state of my penis happend as the soreness from the gym started.

Update: I managed to localize where the sore feeling cames from. It comes from between my ballsack & anus. Underneath ballsack. You know the hidden part of your penis that sticks out a bit. That area down to my pelvic muscle that sticks out if you do a keegel. That zone is sore. Could this be because of the bathmate after all? Does it relates to my penis being cold and turtled up aswell?

Kegels can cause fatigue in this area. Remember, when you are doing a Kegel a very large group of muscles are involved the span from the abdominals to the anus so each of these muscles can and do experience fatigue.

Definitely worth trying but I can tell you it does work because someone else is doing it also. I can't remember who it was but I do know they made it work. I think it was either Youknowme or Temp.

Maybe as a result of fatigue or lack of Kegel exercise
