I usually hang in the evenings (hanging right now in fact) while checking e-mail and reading on line. With only doing 20 min sets you have plenty of time for bathroom breaks or whatever. If you have the privacy do it while watching tv or the stereo while relaxing.
 
I used to be in the manual stretching group and gained about 1.2" just from that. I've switched to hanging and have gained about .8" from that (if I count my 7.8" measurment) which is GREAT!! I may just be an easy gainer, cause I'm taking this hanging stuff easy.

Manual stretching though, I was ruthless. ;)

Manual Stretching in the am in the shower and Hanging using a bib hanger at night. 15 Lbs 30 min 1 set each side then 700+ wet jelqs !! I'm gonna get bigger if it wears out my unit.

Again, this just amazes me. You hangers are incredibly committed to this, in terms of time spent. I can't possibly imagine finding 1.5-2 hours per day, though I am admittedly more busy than the average person.
 
Hanging has it's merrits but, it is a pain in the ass to stick with. It's more time consuming than any other type of Penis Enlargement besides maybe pumping. You can get great gains too but, usually after only devoting HOURS a day to it. I'm still searching for a better way.
 
Pumping isn't actually that much of a pain. I pump at night before and during a shower. Four ten minute sets with 100 jelqs between sets.


I have about two hours extra at night that I can devote to hanging. Translates to about an hour and twenty minutes of actuall hang time.
 
I agree ...hanging IS a pain,but.. until these physical injuries heal I have no other choice. As far as the time goes ... I spent just as much time doing the manual routine before i screwed up this finger.

I believe you will gain faster from hanging than stretching manually but I cannot hang because it seems too extreme for my right side ligs

Hanging for some is awesome and they make great gains, but others, like myself, did not fare as well as I just could not dedicate all the time I needed to make gains.

Same here, the pulls was too intense for my right lig. If not for that, I would have managed it a bit

I was just immobilized for the whole day while I was hanging. It just was too much time for too little result.
