Does anyone hang with the PMP head attachment?

I can only hang about 2.5lbs for any amount of time ... an hour or more. But with 5lbs, I can only do about 10 minutes.

Just wondering if anyone else hangs with this and what amount of weight and time.

I have not hung with it but if you can pull off 10 pounds I would say you are getting a good, fruitful session in. How long can you keep the weight for?
 
Still hanging with the PMP but I have removed the sluice and diaphragm for head expansion.

Now hanging with 5lbs 4-5 hours per day ... usually one hour increments with erect stretches in between.

After a few more pounds of increase, I plan on wearing the PMP while sleeping.

Anyone else hanging with the PMP?

Wow you're hanging without the sluice and diaphragm and not getting really bad fluid retention or discoloring in the glans? I consider you lucky! That's awesome you can do that without having those issues. I tried using my PMP without a diaphragm and it lead to decent bruising towards the tip of my glans.

With the 5lbs. I've gotten a few blisters but the only time that happened was when I was hanging over an hour straight without a break. Got one today because I hung for 1.5hrs. I usually hang for 45 minutes to an hour and then do some erect stretches and then hang again repeat etc.

If you proceed very slowly, I believe the head will adapt to the pressure. It's just like extreme pumping. When I used to pump everyday, I could pump hugely (what would be considered by everyone very dangerous) for long periods of time with absolutely zero negative effects. I pumped almost every single day. If I missed just a few days, I would have to take it easy pumping for a few days before I could go extreme again.

I think the same approach can be made with hanging without the sluice and diaphragm.

are there any gains since you´re hanging with the Pro? I wonder if hanging and the rod-extender are same effective. The rod offers a stretch of aprox. 3 lbs (1,3 kg), I hang with 4,5 lbs (2 kg) over hours (in a sitting position, while working at home), without irritation or pain. With the rod extender I feel pain of the basis (fatpat) of my penis after 2 times 1 hour of stretching.

I dont want to do these very intense Hanging sessions of 10 Pounds or more, like recommended by DLD, but I wonder if my 4,5 lbs hanging instead of the rod extender will bring me any gains. (I just startet several days ago with hanging with the Pro, and of course there are no gains in that short period of time).

I am not sure if this will be answered timely as our Brother has not been here in a minute.

Rod stretching is far different from hanging. Both have very important rolls and can be used together to make great length gains. Think of hanging as an active exercise or an exercise that brings gains. Look at traction, or rod stretching as a passive or healing measure to cement gains. Of course the PeniMasterPro can be used either way so it is a great choice. If you decide to get into heavier hanging in the future there is the LengthMaster or the hanger.
 
@ BDYMD ... listen to DLD :) I use the PMP head piece to hang in-between heavy lifting.

Hanging with just the head piece ... no sluice and diaphragm is much more comfortable IMO than those damn rubber pieces.

@ YKM if you are getting blistering but still want to get some head expansion, try just the head piece and put a little bit of a sponge in the head piece (I use the sponge from the dollar star used for washing cars) ... that allows room for expansion but seems to give just enough support to avoid blistering. You have to play with the sponge amount ... too much and you're just packing the sponge down when you enter the head piece and not enough sponge, you may get blistering. After you enter the head piece you want a nice "fluffiness" in the sponge to remain.

So comfortable! :)

Is 5 lbs even safe? That's 2.26 kilos - more than what the rod extender provides and more than what they show in the video (they used 1.25 kilos) although they did hang 7.2 kilos for 30 seconds... Hmmm.

5 pounds is very safe no matter what the device. I think injury is more centered around hanging and going too heavy too quickly.

Oh gosh... Thank you. After looking at this site for how much/how long to do it, I've managed to cobble together a PMP hanger very much like the hardware used on the belt expander; I made it out of a coat hanger and heat shrink tubing. It's not pretty, but rather durable and I have a 3 lb hand weight, which I can clamp to my hanger with a wood working spring clamp. This, I hook onto the glans chamber of the PMP and I sit down on my chair with my butt on the edge.

I've been playing a video game for about 30 minutes now; and I've not experienced any discomfort, except for the the gentle tension I feel. I have read that the tunica is the most resistant to deformation and I can feel my ligaments (and I guess the tunica) being tugged...

The other website said not to exceed 20 minutes. I might stop after 40 minutes, allow myself to recover for a few minutes and embark on another 20 minute set. It really is a weird sensation, having my weener hang straight down and forming a slight dimple right at the base of the pubic bone (I guess that's the ligament).

I might post a picture of the thing I made, later.

Awesome! I am also so happy you have invested in one of the most highly underrated extender we carry. It is the perfect combination of the Phallosan and the SizeGenetics, giving benefits from both. 40 minutes is fine and I would even say go beyond if you feel comfortable. Keep up the good work and I really look forward to your gains with the PMP.

I am a little bit puzzled. I use the PeniMaster pro with the Extender Belt and I wrap the belt around the hips, like the video shows. But with that belt, I get pains in my glans and a searing pain down my shaft after 1 ~ 1.5 hours. Am I doing it wrong? I do the same with the extender rig, down to the last notch at the base, presumably 1kg tension. Again, similar pain after 1 hour.

I do my 3lb hang with my custom hanger on my PeniMaster Pro. Apart from my butt getting sore, I don't have any deleterious effects. No pain. Today I managed to wear it for an hour and had no pain, took a 3 minute break to urinate and did another set for 1.5 hours - pure comfort.

But I put the belt on again, because I had to go out. Sure enough, pain arrived within 45 minutes. Even after reseating, I couldn't stand it after 30 minutes.

I later got home, and attached a 5 lb weight and have been hanging for an hour - I can feel the extreme tugging, but other than that, no pain. I wonder what's going on with the belt extender and traction rig that is causing the pain...

I haven’t hang much yet, but I’ve felt it before while on my PM and once on the Lenght Master! It’s painfully delicious it feels good and that stretch is hitting deep at the roots 🔥💪🏽
