I have been hanging with hanger.I use the zenhanger also.I use the miracle slider extender.I have cheaper blue extender.I can see that cheap blue extender makes my penis stretch more than 8 pounds of weight hanging with zen or hanger and more the miracle slider.I warm up rice sock ten minutes than hang for 30 minutes than wet jelq lube for 10 minutes wait about 30 minutes before sets.I use the blue extender I don't no the name of it up for 30 minutes then down 30 minutes with 10 minute rice sock 10 minute jelq.still no gains.
 
You are doing way too much from what you seem to be saying. With that total time, you could go back to my how to guide and look at and follow the suggested routine and weight progression.

Why not just focus your time on hanging and getting up your weight levels? I'm here on mos and available by email as well for guidance.

How long have you been doing penis enlargement.
 
How long have you been doing penis enlargement? Sometimes it can take many months to see even your first gain, took me about 5 months to see my first small gain.

Should I do for my hanging routine.how much warm up if any and how many sets.
So you think hanging is better than extender.hanger is pretty diffuxult for me to put on I'm not girthy enuff with wraps.

No warm up needed.

As far as a routine, again, I lay it out in my guide. Go by that suggestion. Typically, yes and especially over time as you work up in weight, hanging will far exceed the potential of extending. Extenders max out at no more than 'maybe' 10 pounds of resistance, if that.

Yes exactly, you will be able to handle a lot more weight with hanging then you would ever be able to achieve with an extender. I would say use hanging to elongate the penis and then go into an extender to heal in an elongated state or to get even more active pe in.

2 very different types of length work and both have their benefits. Hanging is a shorter, heavier and more intense stretching and is done for short sets of 20 minutes. This brings gains due to the heaviness of the weight and sets need to be regulated because of this. In extending you will be going lighter but for longer sessions, hopefully the entire day if possible. Both hanging and extending are Active PE work, meaning training that produces gains. The other piece of the gaining puzzle is healing, healing with an extender is the best way to go as you can set a light stretch and hold it for hours allowing you to heal in an extending state. This type of training is called Passive training, or training that enables healing. I suggest both devices if length is your goal. Both will work together and enhance each other bringing gains much faster.

I'm confused about you and Still's hanging duration recommendations. You both say 20 minutes but certainly you have both hung for way longer than that. I believe Dld said 4 hours once! So are you just saying that's a good place to start or do you hang for several 20 minute sets a day or what?

Because here's the thing- I used to hang for up to an hour at a time in one session with 20-23 lbs. This worked well for a while but eventually I started bleeding out of my urethra literally every session and I started to get these weird black dots on my glans and around my urethra. Obviously I was doing too much for too long. Everything cleared up after I stopped for a few weeks.

I want to get back into hanging but a) I hate how long it takes to get wrapped and set up in the lengthmaster and b) I feel like 20 minutes at a time isn't enough to do anything. So are you saying I need to keep re-doing my wrap and re-apply the lengthmaster 2 or 3 times a day for a good session?
 
I base my suggestion of "20 minutes" as an example of the maximum time limit per set with a hanger like mine. Yes, preferably multiple sets of a guy has the time.

I'll usually rip a 20 minute set in the morning and then a 20 minute set at night or on my lunch break with manual work thrown in!

That sounds good too. If you can't get in multiple sets of hanging (4-5) then supplementing with manual stretches will be just fine.

Thanks DLD, in my opinion if you hanging different directions (example: SD, SO) for 20 minutes with a sufficient amount of weight its like doing a 20-30 minute manual session depending on how heavy the weight that your hanging is. I usually use around 10-12 lbs of my 20 minute sets.
 
How long you been using 10-12lbs? Don't forget, you need to force new adaptation with more resistance (weight) over time. Otherwise, the weight will become ineffective. I got to a point when I was hanging where I could walk around with 10-15lbs like it was nothing. It only bothered me if the weights bumped into my knees. Then again, that was when my working weight levels were 27-30lbs. ;)
 
@swm whats your size nowadays lenghtwise? ive been hanging for the last month and a half i saw my dick this morning and looked quite averageish,the funny thing is that getting smaller once the gains are cemented is impossible.

im almost sure i had cemented them already..
 
I saw an old pic of you at 8.5 bp. Did you loose length over the years? You must be more then 6.5 nbp after 15 years of PE
 
I have not DONE PE the entire time. :) I have lost maybe 1/2" after several years of no training.
