I want to split my hanging routine up through-out the day. Is this advisable, or will the ligs begin to heal enough between a lets say 7 hour period to ill advise this?
Breaking up the sessions is fine, the longer the session time the better, but as soon as the session is over your body begins to repair. During "repair" there will be some retraction ect. This is why I'd consider multiple session broken up during the day. This will interrupt the repair status. I think the ultimate hanging sessions would be 1 hour+ AM and 30 min+ mid-day and 1 hour+ PM and go from there.

Good advise in this thread, keep adding to it regarding time and hanging.

I'm looking into a pyramid system when I train ligaments as I believe it will fatigue them better using lower weight longer first, going towards higher weight for shorter in about x4 sets, and more heavy drop sets for the tunicae using OTS or SU.

I'll add more when I get chance to try it out.

❤️ Thanks Red! I wrote that routine so many years ago and no one ever used it I’m so happy that you’re going to use it and prove that it works.
