Breaking up the sessions is fine, the longer the session time the better, but as soon as the session is over your body begins to repair. During "repair" there will be some retraction ect. This is why I'd consider multiple session broken up during the day. This will interrupt the repair status. I think the ultimate hanging sessions would be 1 hour+ AM and 30 min+ mid-day and 1 hour+ PM and go from there.Rocket said:I want to split my hanging routine up through-out the day.
