Hi

Because of my lack of base girth I will begin to do some hanging . I wil start with 2-3 pounds for 45 min. daily 4-5 times a week. Does hanging give you some girth or only length gains. What girth exercises should I do with the hanging sessions and how much? If anyone has some tips let me know.

Do Supra Slammers for amazing length and girth head and head gains

Hanging for great base girth and jelqing to even it all out with some manual stretching all around to hit everything

Thanks for the tip Supra. So I am doing jelqing on the day I am doing my hanging or on my off day. When is the best time to do the jelqs before or after the hanging or is the best way between the hanging sets. How many jelqs like 300-500. I am asking all this questions because I don't want to overtrain.

No Supra I am not a newbie . I am in it for about 9-10 months. I had some breaks in between but I have outgrown all the basic stuff and need some good advanced combined hanging and manual routine to jumpstart my gains. I don't gain so well in the last couple of months.

If your not gaining dont worry about over training. The Supra Slammers are the best thing for no gains blues!!
