"Hanging Question"
#1
So basically when hanging it is better to have the hanger tighter on the CC?

I have been hanging for nearly 7 months. I have not come to fatigue status yet. Maybe that is why my dick is not 12 inches long.

Richard Long said, that the skin is the limiting factor. So generally it is better to have the device tighter. Someone let me know. I need to get a better understanding on this point.

7 months and no fatigue yet? That is really something. The skin is the first limiting factor, this from what I experienced though, took place very quickly. Some call it a "burn" or whatever, that's why it is so important for newbies to use the low weights suggested in the newbie routine. If you hang to much weight in the beginning,I doubt you will keep the hanger on long, skin stretching is very painful,to me anyway(Im a puss).

Man,a few questions
1) How much weight?
2) How much time a day? sets,etc.

I think anyone would agree that the tighter it is the better, especially at the heavier weights. Unless you want forskin restoration, you can't let the hanger come down over your head. If the hanger is not anchored in the CC,then what is it that's being hung?

I just realized what I said. I have been fatigued stupid me. I guess I get restless and start hanging in all directions. I have been hanging at 20 lbs at least 1.5 to 2.0 hrs a day for 4 to 5 days.

I am going to increase the time when I get more time to put into it.

The time is cool, unless you can add more comfortably. The point goal would be to get fatigued(sore),then mantain the level of soreness,as time goes by you will have to add more weight, or lose the soreness. Soreness is a sign that "shit is happening" down there, which equals gains. If you continue to hang without soreness, you time might be better spent with a ADS,in my opinion.

The shitty part is you will eventually be hanging some heavy weight and missing back when 15 lbs. caused fatigue.

Hi CTMWM, Is that hang time 30minutes-1hour continuous time or do you let the blood flow during a set by taking off the hanging device?
Im only asking as I thought 30mins to 1 hour would cause some sort of tissue damage if done continuously. I got worried when I heard 30 min was to long to continuosly hang and I used only 4lbs, but as Im a newbie to hanging 4lbs was enough. I was only using Piratesteves ADS for my hanging . Please let me know as I have a injury at the moment( thrombosed vein under head) and hanging is all I can do. I have stopped this as well till I find out what is safe.

Thanks...
