Hanging question

is it possible to isolate the shaft so the length exercises can focus on the shaft and not the entire penis area (shaft base/ fat pad area etc)

That’s just what traditional hanging will do unless I’m misunderstanding your question. If you attach just below the head you’ll be stretching the shaft in this most isolated position.
 
Always hang in a flaccid state! You can really damage your penis hanging erect. I want to be soft and as pliable as possible.

Does weight play an important role in hanging? I am one month in and I use about 7 to 7.5kg for hanging, I am wondering if its good or if the weight is too much or too little. Like would a heavier weight ensure more muscle / ligament tear and faster length gains?
 
I would slowly go up in weight so its causing me discomfort I can manage, so, a fatigue I can ride, if that makes sense. Not so light I can sit forever, or too much I can't stand it.

Yes I still stand behind my progressive hanging methodology. As the tissues adapt to resistance, you have to continue to force new tissue stretch.

@DLD @REDZULU2003 @stillwantmore @huge-girth @arkailija After about a month of hanging for 25-30mins twice a day using 6 - 7kg of weight, I took a length measurement, there really wasn't any change and I am not worried as its just been a month, I know PE is a marathon not a sprint so i am willing to be patient, however I did notice something, the base of my penis (thats the part close to the groin area) seems to have gotten a lot thicker than usual! I might be wrong but I read somewhere that a thick penis base and a thick girth could prevent length gains, I really don't want girth gains right now, So I am wondering if I should stop hanging? Is hanging giving me girth instead of length gains?
 
Every form of downward stretching or hanging of the penis will bring girth gains at the base of the penis.

If you feel the weight is too light for you, I suggest you increase it a little. I personally don't measure at all until 6 months time and during that 6 months period of training, I make that I'm sure that I'm using the right intensity.

So would you suggest I increase from 7kg? Would a heavier weight bring length gains faster? Also does a thick base / girth prevent length gains?

I personally have a thick base and I don't think it prevents me from making gains in length. If the entire penis is thick, it's a different thing.

If you are not feeling enough pressure from the current weight, I suggest you increase it. But also wait for other members to comment on this.

Also read through threads in the hanging section of the forum to see how others are doing it.
 
I've already told you what you should do. Get some tunnel vision, study my progressive hanging method I teach. Quit doing pyramid or whatever style you may be doing and run with it.

Yes, one month is usually too soon to tell much besides maybe improved erections.

Any type of downward stretching whether it be by hand or hanger will always increase the base girth of your penis. I would not try to judge anything after 30 days, I would go into 90 days to see if there’s any changes. So whatever routine you’re using continue using it until the end of the 90 days to make any kind of judgment.

Ok, So as you suggested with progressive hanging, I was normally hanging with 7kg, this week I am doing 8.5 - 9kg, I can handle the weight for about 15 - 20 minutes before unwrapping for blood circulation. My question is this, in progressive hanging, how long do you stay on a particular weight before increasing the weight.

Yep, spelled out there and in my guide. Not trying to be a jerk, or short with you, but it really is spelled out. And stay wrapped until you're done hanging. It's only necessary to remove your hanger.
 
@DLD @stillwantmore @REDZULU2003 @huge-girth is there really any difference between hanging while standing and hanging while sitting? Why i ask is because I tried hanging while sitting and I felt the stretch more on my shaft, I could see and feel the stretch on the shaft, there was some pressure on the base / fat pad area but not as much as when standing and also I felt little burn or pain on the penis head.

I don't know if its just my mind playing tricks lol but is there a difference between sitting and standing hanging ?
