I have a question for any of you that hang heavy weights with the BibHanger (18+). I've tried and tried to hang at this, but the hanger keeps sliding down over the head a little. I adjusted the settings to where it's semi-comfortable, but was just curious as to what you all do? Thanks, guys.

Ok a couple of questions for ya. 1 Are you wearing a wrap? If so, what kind? The higher weights require tighter settings. The tighter settings can be hell if you are barebacking it (no wrap). I tried it that way and had the same problem you describe.

Finally i found a product called Coach Atheletic Wrap. Its much like the ace bandage that SWM describes but it doesn't cause as much pain when you take this one off. This wrap seems to be a tad thicker that the ace brand so you would only want to circle the penis a couple of times.

Lastly, after you attach the hanger and let the weight down you should turn it a tad more tighter. Actually the tighter it is the better the circulation.

Almost forgot what are your settings at tow in or tow out? My back screw is set at about 3/8 inch and the front is set at about 1/4 inch out. This works for me with the wrap. My girth if I remember correctly is about the same as yours. Give this a try. Hope it helps.

Well, I tried wearing a wrap, but I found that it just got bound up under the head when I hung (ow). Then I tried wrapping the head a little, but to no avail. Not really sure what kinda wrap it is, it seems to be nice though, and pretty durable. I cut it to where its about 2.5" wide and 12" long, then I spiral it up the shaft.

I'm not sure which is the front and which is the back, but I hang with the grippers (bubble type things) on the back on the shaft closest to the base, cause I find it holds better that way. My settings for that is nearly all the way in, maybe about 1/12" and for the opposite side, it's about 1/8" out. After I get the hanger on, I tighten the side closest to the base a few more turns and get to hanging.

I will give your settings a try, and also is there anything you could reccomend for the hanger twisting while it's on? I usually put some things next to the hanger weights (shoes, etc..) to keep it from turning.

I experimented with numerous wraps and the coach wrap IMO is the best i've used.

The front is the end with you penis head sticking out.

After you tighten the hanger where are the teeth located? Do they mesh together? Do you have enough room to adjust more if you need to?

The teeth are pushed together as far as I can tighten the screw. I'm hanging toe-out by the way, sorry for not answering that in the last post. The head well (with the two bubbly grippers) is where the middle of my shaft is (close to base of penis). Wrapping may just be my problem, since, well, I don't do it.

Are the teeth/fingers completely closed when you tighten the hanger. There should be room for tightening a little more even after you start to hang. Sometimes you will need to adjust the tightness a little more during a set. I fully understand your reason for not wrapping, but I strongly advise you to find some kind of wrap to help protect yourself against skin tears and bruising especially at the weight you are at.

They're completely closed maybe like 1/20" left, I will give it a whirl tonight though. I'm gonna make it my goal to get it right. Also, I'll go to Walgreens sometime and check out some wraps I can find, I have noticed some discoloration (it's like a light callous) where the tightest part of the hanger is. When I hang the 20lbs, I can feel it sliding down, it stays on and doesn't completely slide off, but it pushes on my head and it hurts. Thanks C! :)

Good Luck man, take a fools advice and find a wrap. I went thru the sliding down crap as you explained and ended up with numbness in the glans. Scary stuff. I got soo frustrated I almost gave up hanging until i found a wrap that worked for me.

You might have to adjust your setting out a tad when you apply the wrap, but you should end up with the fingers just barely meshing together when hanger is attached. FYI when the fingers/teeth mesh you are gripping the internal structures and are less likely to stretch the skin excessively.

That would have scared many away from hanging.

Electric, doesnt sound like you have the bottom of the hanger tight against the inner adjustment nuts on the bottom of the hanger before you put the hanger on. The hanger is designed to be very rigid when you are using it. The adjustment nuts are set to your settings.....takes experimenting and then once they are set where you like them, you are not really supposed to need to adjust the bottom wingnuts of the hanger. Just flip the hanger open, put it on and tighten the top down. Read the product guide on how to set up your hanger properly. When I was hanging once I had mine set up properly, it was much easier to use. Like I said, the bottom wingnuts should not have to be adjusted after you have it set up properly....does not sound like you do, because you make it sound like you are adjusting them while putting the hanger on.

Well, I like to readjust every few pounds I raise, but the problem is in not wrapping. I wrapped properly this morning and was able to have 20lbs for 20 minutes, no problem.

Good boy! Higher weights require more caution.

Yea and for the bottom of the hanger to be tight against itself before you put it on...not tightened against your penis. I used my BIB hanger for many months the wrong way...tightening the bottom against my penis after putting it on...never totally comfortable. Then I discovered I was in fact using it the wrong way, played with the settings for a little while and after I began using it properly, it was much more comfortable to use.

Thanks guys for all your help! I think I'll go back and read that manual anyways, probably need to.

Alright, the Ace wrap works pretty good, I got it set to where it doesn't pull the skin or slide down until after I do 20lbs (it slides down a little after 20). I can do 17lbs fine. I guess it's just a matter of tweaking my settings now.

Good news dude. If the bandage irritates the skin just use some baby powder.
