Guys i just wanted to share something for those new to hanging .

I recently got several messages from BIB about hanging and fatigue. I was not experiencing fatigue even after 2-3 hours at 10 pounds. Bib explained it as follows....

First time hanger needs to start light 1-2 pounds. This will help you to get adjusted to hanging and allow you to get the setting down pretty well. Hang at this weight a week or so before upping the weight.

Add 1-2 pounds of weight a week. Increase sets as time allows.

You need to get to fatigue as soon after starting to hang for the day. (For me right now this comes during the second set at 15 pounds.) Do not stop hanging when fatigue sets in. Growth comes when you go beyond fatigue. After you reach fatigue drop a few pounds and hang some more sets.

Currently I hang 15 pounds for 2 sets then drop to 12.5for a couple os sets and my penis is screaming again. I drop to around 10 pounds and do a couple sets . Seems to be working just as Bib said. Every week theres about 1/16 of an inch increase.

I know this is not the only way to hang but it obviously works for me.

Yes this works!! Exactly what I did when I was in my last bit of hanging a while back...gained 3/4" in 2.5 months time too! I'm now using this concept with my manual stretching ...I work my ass off to hit fatigue and then I keep going. Thanks for posting this C-Guy!

Impressive gains man. Keep "hanging " in there!

Riding fatigue is the best and fastest way to gain length . When people feel fatigue they usually stop. That is the Reverse way to see this. DLD Blasters showed that fatigue is necessary to length gains. The exercise does not start until you’re completely and fatigue. It’s a very smart later train. My newest routine Reverse Pyramid Hanging uses this logic in a whole new way.
