hang first or stretch first???

i wasnt sure which forum to post this in, then hanging forum or the main one but here it goes: when im doing my length routine, should i start off with hanging then go to my phase one stretching or vice versa?
 
I think you should stretch manually first...then after phase 1 you may want to try hanging out...personally I like manual better, everyone is different though. :)
