Hand Pain from Jelqing

After about 100 jelqs my hands really start to hurt pretty bad. Kinda like a cramping feeling to them. And it happens right under my thumb area. Do you other guys get this when jelqing? And if you do, what do you do about it?
 
Can you say carpal tunnel? keep going your hands will adapt to the extra work you are requiring of them. You could get yourself a wrist exerciser that might help

Yea I tried alternating palms up and down too. It doesnt make much of a difference
 
I don't think you have carpel tunnel - that affects the wrists and top of the hand more than your actual thumb. I only say this because I know exactly how you feel! I too have sore hands after jelqing - though it's not as bad as it once was because with each jelqing session, my hands get more conditioned. Every now and then my thumb and index finger get quite sore though. A day off every now and then may be a good remedy.
 
And not only are they really sore at the ending of a jelqing session but they are really swollen too. Looks like my palms got somethin of that blood jelqing action in too

When you do Penis Enlargement exercise you are using a slue of muscles and movements your body is not used to. The strength of grip, the awkward motion, the repetitive movements all contribute to muscle fatigue that is kind of alien. For me my first 6 months of Penis Enlargement was plagued with cramped hands. I think after about a half of a year my hands adjusted, became stronger and did not cramp anymore. Today I can literally go hours without any discomfort.

I would advise you do a series of jelqs (25 or so, maybe more) and then as you relax for a few seconds and let your dick take a quick breather, exercise and stretch the hands/fingers for a few seconds.

I tried that last night when jelqing, it helps

As an additional suggestion, you might want to try some finger-tip pushups or forearm exercises that might help strengthen the grip and get you fingers and wrists used to a workload.

Let me know if the pain doesn't go away, as I have an option for you in that case.
