how do you know if you stretch too much? I mean, it's not like a muscle. When a muscle is not strong enough to lift lets say 50lbs, you'll know right away, because you can't lift the weight, but how does it applies to penis stretching? How do you know how hard you can stretch without causing injury?

I like how with manual work you gets a hand on approach opposed to a device. The reason you can feel how much force and pressure is needed to get a decent routine in.

When using the LengthMaster it is like using your hands only much more powerful.

Oh I understand the theory and am excited to try it. I was just trying to describe how "hard" to pull. Just figured explaining getting to know yourself with your own hand would be the best approach.

You can pretty much stretch with all your strength, I am a pretty strong guy and I can pull with 100% power and cause no issues.

For me, two words sum it up. Progressive Hanging. No guesswork, you see the weight level you are stretching with every single time. Put the weights on, sit back and read, browse the net, learn a language, check your Tindr, etc.
I always found stretching manually insanely, mind numbingly boring. I don't know how guys do it consistently.

The bottleneck with manuals for me was the grip strength not so much the arm strength. Ive been a weightlifter half my life and still had trouble with this. That is why the length master was such an improvement for me.

It is a tool every man should own, there is no better length device, period.

Lot's of good information here. I noticed length gains with the wet jelqs, but also the length master, hanging helped.

My routine from start to finish is very easy to trace I started with Phase one of the original program going through the rest of the 5 phases and from there I went onto SRT. I gained 4 inches in length and 2 inches and girth.

I'm about to experience what it is like to use both the length master and mityvac pump daily. Hmmm, better day ahead.
