Get ya ass into it for at least SIX MONTHS.
You also said ya used the ROP , well get a CLAMP.
I have also posted pictures of what my manhood was like over a year ago and also new ones, a week ago...anyone can see they have changed for the better.
Also I miss ALOT of workouts, I do what I call ''EggShell'' workouts, meaning they can be done anytime as the have no real routine behind them at all.
I aint lost anything, been doing these for over 2 years, thats over TWENTY FOUR MONTHS.
You dared me take a break lol look in my routine thread, I'm ON A BREAK NOW havent done anything since the last input there.
I advise you , ckear the negative thoughts in ya head and get ya ass into shape.
Buy a clamp, Download the Constricter Guide and READ IT.
Do a routine for 1 on 1 off lasting 6 months AT LEAST.
This will get the penis into the sessions and cement growth.
This stuff is permanent, but I can only say this for ONE person .. ME, cos no one has done it long enough.
I wont start makeing wild statements like some about this being some sort of miracle exercise and growth secret etc etc etc.
But I didnt waste over 7 hours writing the guide for my health, I did it cos I BELIVE this is it.
As I say, try it for 6 months 1 on 1 off than have say 2/4 weeks off and see if ya loose anythin.
